I can't believe I lived long enough to see a first Asian to break through and perform with a World Class band like Journey. Arnel you are a phenomena. As a 60's rocker myself jamming with Manila's old rockers, your'e the best of the best . How you hit those high notes simply amazes me. You are Journey's lucky find .. thanks to You Tube. Wouldn't we thanking Arnel Pineda instead of bringing him down? He brought the Journey back to life after it was out of limelight for many years. Imagine the band without a singer? Steve Perry sang the song for the band and not for himself so he does not own the songs himself its also from the band. Wake up it's 2010!

@MissMeriGreis Not really. Journey has been alive and will always be. I agree we shouldnt tear him down but they shouldnt have destroyed steve aujerys voice by touring so much. I would prefer to have steve perry back but that is never gonna happen. But arnel can sing but its just i was raised on perry then aujeri and its not right to me and most journey fans.

there's no sense of comparing the two singers.. they are both great.. each has their own ways of performing,... we just appreciate that they're still bringing the journey for the fans,. The songs of Perry are still sung nicely, never been out of key,as far as i know...so stop bothering urself who is greater from the two.
