This particular performance was from Miller's appearance on "The Big TNT Show" from 1965 or 1966. I specifically recall that dance routine. BTW, he ended the song in a novel way. He sang, "Eng-a-land swings like a pendulum does, Bobbies on bicycles fuzz by fuzz..."

and got a laugh from the audience, including those watching the film. I hope that "Big TNT Show" is now on DVD. This really brings back memories.
