Actually, no haircut could be much worse than the bushy mess he already has! Is that a British version of the Mullet? "Brullet"? It is hard to see how much of his hair might be partly a beard?

Cut it shorter! Even a Mohawk Punk style would be better. Or just a plain buzz cut. But you'd need a razor for that 'un...hmmm...and his face clean shaven, too, or maybe a small, neat moustache...like Hercule Poirot's...hee hee...
