That is awesome! I have a tele as well, except it has an extra middle pickup in the middle, kinda strat-like. I have been looking far and wide for an after market pickguard that would fit it but I have had no luck. Since you do work and all, would you be willing to modify a pick guard to fit mine if I sent it to you with along with a template of the guard that is currently on it, so you could get the measurements and size of the additional pickup slot? Send me a private message. Great work!
It's Saturday morning and we're having a cup of coffee, watching Pickinpops drill away...We think you should film all your repairing...You know, like the Bob Villa of guitar repair.... We enjoyed it...
Beautiful guitar....now your playing Bob's music...he builds, sets and repairs guitars too. I'll show him this video tonight--thanks for sharing....You've got yourself one fine looking guitar there.
thanks, i got 7 projects going on at this time including 2 i will build the necks from scratch to match some quilted maple bodys i have. years ago i built acoustic guitars and mandolins and did violin repair on a lot of very expensive violins. back then there were no kits, we bent the wood carved the necks from scratch, im excited to get back into this, i quit in 1983, due to a record flood then divorce and career change.. just fineshed a new elec mandolin should post it here soon. thanks always
Hi Pop, I think you can start your own guitar shop and make some nice money, developing and customizing several guitar-types,great job here ,greets Vic(from Spain on vacation).

Nice looking tele, sounds sweet too.
Always liked the sound you get from a telecaster, they can be super twangy or really warm and smooth.
Hope to see some of your other guitar projects.
