  • Keep him away from my pc

  • Try actually cross researching various subjects (electrical engineering, biology, magnetism, geo-magnetism, electromagnetism, bio-electricity, etc) instead of insisting that these things are completely unrelated and have no bearing on each other. **facepalms** They ARE related to each other, duh! Quit with the scientific elitist crap already!

  • And it's idiots like that "expert" who clearly do not know what they are doing or talking about. The human body runs on bio-electric current and some people naturally have a higher capacitance level (my mother is one of them). Since electricity generates a magnetic field, the human body also generates a low level magnetic field. The higher the person's natural capacitance, the stronger the magnetic field they will generate.

  • Keep him away from my pc.

  • He is Static Shock not Magneto Change the title

  • I KNOW THAT KID!!!

  • FUCKIN' WINDOWS 98!

  • "Magneto Man" "Hey mom, can I go and get some DVDs?"

"Mom" "No son, you will just wipe out all of the DVDs and we will have to pay for it all"

    "Magneto Man" sneaks off*

    The next day*

    Mom is watching TV*

"News Man" "All of the DVDs in the store got wiped out after a child entered the store."

    Shows picture of the kid*

"Mom" JOE!?!?!?! WHAT DID YOU DO!?!!?!?!

  • @Lampersonator magnets can damage information on tape cassettes, VHF, or floppy disks, but DVD's and CD's are optical media. magnetic fields won't hurt them.. peace.

  • MAGNETOOOOO!

  • Mutant boy!Cooool!

  • he is a mutant. history is full of stores about sorcerers and witches. black magic. now we call it radio waves electromagnetic fields and electric charge. many people have supernatural powers. some can move objects. some see the future. some start fire with their mind. some can even alter matter at the atomic level.

  • Science fiction coming to life. How cool.

  • NOO!! tHE CAPS IS ON! HE PRESSED THE CAPS NOT THE SHIFT -.-

  • NOO!! tHE CAPS IS ON!

  • That so called "expert" was not very open minded

  • he mustve figured out some kind of cool hack with computers or somethin...

  • This reminds me of one of those times where a news channel plays something that obviously indicates they have nothing better to report on.

  • i know a girl who will have absolutely nothing on her, just sweatpants and a t-shirt, with foam flip-flops, no hair-tie with metal, no phone, no keys, no caps/crowns or fillings in her teeth, no surgically implanted metal in her bones or anything, no glasses watch or wallets, nothing with her and she always sets off the sensor in my school media and everywhere else she goes, she said the airport gave her a real hard time as well as the courthouse.

  • X-men is REAL!!

  • I can't be too close to a television or a stereo as they lose signal

  • Some people cant were anolog watches because they have a electromagnetic pulse

  • I dunno why something like that would be so surprising. I blew up a sterio and two phones through static electric shock coming out of my hand. Seriously! There are alot of people who will tell u I've shocked them the same way. It just happens with some people.

  • @zaibian7

being delusional & full of shit are not super powers.

  • ship him to japan they wil do anime about hime

  • i dont believe it happens to him anymore

  • I have a problem with street lights, and lightening strikes. I can stop a lawnmower by just not wanting it to work, I've been able to do that since I was about seven. And I can control the wind and rain a bit, of course it could all be explained away by coincidence but to imagine having superpowers is more fun. Oh, and I can help you start your car when it's being stubborn by touching any part of it. Everyone has super powers, you just have to work out what they are.

    What's yours?

  • God, next he's going to be tearing up the Golden gate bridge...

  • @Vylokanyk01 why god....

  • Must be using Windows, LOL

  • when the world breaks loose with machine people like him will fight to protect us.

  • this used to happen to me as an adolescent. I fried my moms computer 3 times and 2 of my friends computers. I thought I was just really bad at computer stuff. I also have had lots of problems with quartz watches and when I would walk down the street at night street lamps tend to flicker or dim as I approached them. The good part is, I seem to have outgrown it.

  • omg first ever real superhero i've ever seen :o

  • BEHOLD THE BIRTH OF SUPERHEROES!!

  • He is Static Shock!

  • Behold the human EMP :D

  • hahaha thts my friend

  • @Tx3TripleT tell your friend not to come close to my computer or els i will have to put him as a generator to light up my house :p

  • what a power to have.... In a world heading to all digital lol

  • Well I don't know if it's magnetic but it is something weird. I can't use watches at all, cameras commit suicide, and I get the piss shocked out of me whenever I touch anything.

  • load of fuckin bullshit FUCK THE MEDIA

  • I once saw a woman on a documentary that was similar as this kid. Every time she wore a watch or anything electronic it would stop working. Maybe the Jedi are real?

  • Maybe his mom got freaky with an eel?

  • He has a large amount of ferrites in his blood (iron) perhaps due to a medical condition or his environment. The ferrites have been aligned in the same direction through an external factor (living near power lines?), this has given him his own magnetic field / static charge (wearing trainers).

  • The little kid is a hacker

    Lol

  • the human e-bomb^^ someone please collect this guys genes! (in a human way) Heroes is Real!!!!

    Jattaaaaaaaa!

  • thats the stuff science fiction is made of...

he's cool... he takes it with humour. ^^ always the best way.

  • Stay the hell away from my Alienware.. Jeez 12!!!! (9000 only a few will get this one)

  • The force is with you always :D

  • watch out for the men in black. CIA wants you son.

  • His spectacles. XD

  • L)L @#*@__ WTF?!

  • lol... at the end. "i'm famous... yes!" cool.

  • lol thats insane I can see it now XD

"what did you do today at school son.

    I broke 12 computers.

    YOU DID WHAT!!!"

  • powder?

  • would be awesome if he got to control it and gets to shock people for fun when he's older :P would be a mad party gag...no electric buzzer needed mwauahaha

  • Or he kisses his gf with braces and rips 'em from her mouth lol.

    "Pucker up"

    "AAAAAAAAAH" *zwip*

  • @ThiefOfTime01 Along with her teeth :D

  • charming kid!

    I´m famous! Yees!!

  • People see what they want to see...

  • my magnetic blood cell virus is starting! BWHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

  • guys its ESD electro static discharge

they say a man can carry static charges of upto 15 KV its harmless untill he goes near a switch or any power line

he may eeven be electrocuted must be something like that

  • ROFL PEOPLE ARE IGNORANT has anyone heard of sticky keys he hit shift i dunno 5 times then he hit ok and then OMG OMG IM SO AMAZING GET A NEWS MAN NOAW!

  • oh cool, next time i wonna change my font size i'll change my voltage. what a load of bullshit

  • This is a joke, all the kid is doing is turning on sticky keys and then pressing number buttons so it looks like "shift" is being held down.

    What a moron

  • I just watched a video on SCI channel about a man in south america who is able to conduct electricity within his body and allow it to pass through without effecting him or stopping his heart ( which it would ). Perhaps this is a similar phenomenon where his body is able to store a certain amount of static electricity, In both cases the doctors and scientists have found no evidence yet its happening. This outside the box people, just because we cant explain/debunk it doesn't mean its not happenin

  • omfg i wish i had that... i would use this at an internet cafe! :D

  • Wow, this video was a waste of everything.

  • How in the hell could static electricity go through the keyboard or mouse into the computer and mess it up... even if he touched the case it's impossible... He is obviously setting the font to the max size on a different font... That computer teacher better get a different job since she knows nothing about computers besides how to use the internet and anti static bracelets...

  • I wonder if somehow this boy's electrical pulses (that every animal to my knowledge has) are actually amplified for some reason and making these computers to go haywire.

  • hey pllease watch: check my bag, is a vid i did and really i am nervous as to what people will think

  • lol what a loser that old man is, all he has to do is look it up. ppl are so ignorant, there's a chinese man that can pull fucking cars with metal that sticks to him like magnets. there's this guy that can send electricity right thru himself like lightning and shoot it out. i hate ignorant old ppl

  • this happens to me :O

every time i use an xbox360 it red rings

  • Code-E

He'll soon be able to emit EMP waves... :D

  • OMG

    He's infamous!

    lolol

  • Your so coooool! =D I do hope you cinda evolve those "powers" maybe they get stronger when you grow older! =D maaan that would be nice!!?

and I agree to "deathnotejohon" i would also mess around with some pepole just for fun! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D

    Joe: Your awsome

  • that kid has problems. and dont say theres nothing special about me because i am really smart, i know about allot of things normal people dont know , but i act like a normal kid like this joe kid.

  • ahh keep it for your kidish ass dumnboy!

  • Wow, i also go to his school. He is not faking it, i was there once when it happened.... i even saw him log on and, NO STICKY KEYS!! And no he's not, "some nerdy kid who's looking for attention" he actually nice and doesn't have that much of an idea about computers. Stop dissing him because you don't have anything special about you. Joe: i believe you

  • that is freakin awsome. if i could do that i would so mess with people

  • so mayn bad comments xD

  • hey shelby herree: u guys yea all the retards who comment crap about this kid? yea well i go to school with him and he is awesome so all u low lifes who have nothing better to do than sit around commenting about people u dont even know should all go take ur woopy pills. :)cause you obviously NEED them!

  • Wow ppl are gd stupid giving you thumbs downs for saying a kid is awesome. Some ppl can be so negative. My guess its a behavior combine with a clothing type... maybe he has plastic shoes that he rubs on the carpet when hes playing computer, but with a guy standing there with sensors over his head he doesn't relax so he doesn't do it

  • stfu get a life loser this kid is awsome i think theresreally nothing rong with him ur a low life loser 2 wow get a life....

  • hey shelby its brandon kirby lol hi........ im brod and looked this up well for all u that dont know i go to his school too and she is right and wtf lol woopy pills shelpy i no u can do better then that seeing how i use to sit next to u in mate joes dads class :( feel bad for me jk lol byee shelby

  • Becky and Shelby here and we know him he's cool and not on crack or goverment property!

Seriously you people need to get live's you don't know him so stop commenting!!!!!

  • soryy that wasnt me before!

but i do know joe in reall life!

and he is cool and not a dork =]

  • okk seriousily! i go to schooll withh joe! he is cool you people seriosillyy need help! he is like the bestt. screw you all what r u all niggers? fuckkk blahh blahh blahh get a life! except cody and tom!!!!

  • Um, random racism, babbling, and cursing really isn't a great way to prove a point, child.

  • fuck u all cept u cody u all r fucked up i go to school with him he is a noramal kid tht breacks computers so u all can go do your own crack

  • If you go to school with him, then you really shouldn't be talking like that. -_-

  • famous?.... u're fucked up lol

  • fuck u man this kid is my grade and classes and he is kool

  • Crack will do this to people... it's a scary scary friend, just ask my friend Crystal, Crystal Meth!! lol ohhhh rofl

  • fuck you he isnt on crack he playes sports with me and is in my grade and many of my classes

  • It's his shampoo!

  • stick him to ur freezer

  • its funny how he says i broke it lol

  • POWDER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Give this kid a Jacob's Ladder

  • So how does he break a computer? We dee him typing stuff and the stuff appears. Nothing special =P I really don't see any proof of anything special in this movie so my bet: Fake :) I hope everyone in the movie knew and it wasn't the boy fooling everyone because then the people in it are REALLY stupid xD

  • hes probably government property now..locked up and tested!

  • Nah...

  • This kid is retarded who obviously uses sticky keys and then manipulated the teacher. If she were smart she would have attached a fake "non-static wrist band" and see if the computer breaking would have continued. If not, the kid is a manipulative bastard. If so, well...you got me.

  • haha he's so retarded that he had the intelligence and cunning to trick his teacher.

  • lol

  • clone him, increase his static output, take over the world by hutting down the internet :} and other crucial systems

  • plz feel free to open sticky keys.

  • i love how happy he is with his newly found super powers. So will he use them for good or evil? lol

  • (And I was joking by the way lol. It's obviously sticky keys. Stupid teacher haha)

  • I know Joe, and I would not put it past him to fake all of this for attention.

  • He could be... a SUPERHERO!

  • MAGNETO BOY!!!

    SWEEEEEEEEEEEEET!

  • What we "know" through science is limited and science has always proven itself wrong over time. They are measuring only for magnetism and static electricity, but this kid has a huge flow of chi. His bravado doesn't help him though. If he were humble and learned to use his talent, he could be a great healer, a Shaolin monk, or a circus act.

  • chi? chi for chink???? YOU FUCKING CHINK!!!!!!!

  • LOL, At least I'm not a dickhead like you. Your account is being deleted and you can NEVER sign up again!

  • Just don't let him near any anti-static wrist wraps connected to a grounding device :P

  • Also, any item charged with static electricity will "discharge" when coming into contact with anything grounded. Everyone who has ever touched a car door in the winter will know what I mean ;). If wearing an anti-static wrist strap doesn't work, it's obvious that static electricity is not the cause. The little twit is staging this nonsense.

  • Meh fake.

A keyboard is built like this:

    - plastic key (NOT conductive)

    - hard plastic cover (NOT conductive)

    - a rubber "tap" sheet inside the holes in the cover where the key fits into (NOT conductive)

    - a plastic sheet with very thin metal wiring (a little conductive)

If you see the THREE LAYERS OF PLASTIC/RUBBER, it hardly makes it a likely story!!!!

  • I agree wholeheartedly with pcwiznik. Goofy boy trying to get attention! I don't like him!

  • i read an artical on him.(ps i know i spelled it wrong). it isn't just at school. it is at home too, he has to play his 360 from across the room now.

  • i'm afraid i cant believe that mess. if the ESD was that crazy off the kid, then the keyboard would be fried and not work. he should be shocking himself constantly, maybe even sparks flying out and shorting out the keyboard, but what he's doing looks like the stupid sticky keys thing. press shift 5 times really fast to turn on sticky keys. typing 50 @ symbols never broke my pc. notice how no problems were happening when the researcher was there??

  • This is my son you're tawkin bout.

  • haha

  • 00:10- Press shift 5 times, click ok, then press shift again twice and try to type in numbers and stuff. Obvious.

01:40- Gives it away. Hes just some nerdy kid whos looking for attention because people don't know what stickykeys is. Just look at him, don't you want to punch him in the face?

  • P.S. this is done in microsoft word, try it in there. LOL

  • Twit, he doesn't touch the shift key, adn sticky keys will pop up a warning saying you have turned on Sticky Keys. When you say he's hitting shift he's hitting numbers. At the end where you say he is hitting shift, he is only hitting the 9 and 0 keys. If you're going to debunk something try paying attention to it first.

  • he obviously does it before idiot. they show no other footage than the obvious effects of stickykeys being used. And his enthusiasm of getting attention rather than the shock of being a "Magneto Boy" shows too. Say if a kid gets some sort of unique disease/disorder and gets news attention, does he go LOL LOOK IM FAMOUS and SEE SEE ITS BROKEN LOLOLOOOLOLOLOL NEWS AND CRACKERS PLZ. Didnt think so

  • tell me if i'm correct or not, It might be Pubity, the way i think is that because i have this lump on my neck, its huge. Doctors say its pubity. Whatcha think?

  • HAX!!!

  • I guess that it is all due to static electricity. The boy is sitting on a wooden chair, and wood is dielectric material. And maybe he is wearing microfiber clothes, he has rubber-soled shoes and the computer is connected to an old outlet, which is ungrounded, that's it. In this boy there is nothing unusual. Computers and static electricity isn't a good combination.

So my opinion is that this guy is a fake. This is a great way to get publicity, that's all.

  • Or maybe he turned on stickykeys.

    NO, IT'S JUST NOT POSSIBLE.

  • lock him up in a plastic room before its too late!

  • The point of science is finding out, not knowing.

  • Oh dear God Where is Xavier! Magneto is here! Oh baby jeesus we need Xmen!

  • They probably need to check the iron or electrolytes in his blood stream. I'm not a doctor or anything, but that could be part of the problem.

  • pieni perverssi :D

  • ALl i dont get is How is this kid breaking the computer.......he is simply typing in word pad.....i find this Fake.

  • what they are trying to show is that, without holding down any type of modifier key (alt, ctrl, shift) the computers he use would react as if he did. see beginning again, i believe he even says something like that ;)

  • yet

  • You think that's something? check THIS one out

    A REAL magneto boy -- v=2a4bgPFMWZ8

  • Elsewhere... Spread out across the globe...are other children... with different strange abilities...and soon...the powers that these children exhibit.... will be known...TO ALL OF US.

    Watch for the signs....

  • Hes not really that unique... I found a boy in the Philippines where he can actually stick metals to his body like spoons, fork, scissors, even oven toaters. Infact many people around the world has that gift.

  • This is misterias

  • The government are going to be all over this kid, they will be watching him.

  • I'd like to see this kid "break" a computer he hasn't had prior access to.

Attention seeking behaviour thus the "I'm famous, yes" statement followed by the expansive hand gesture at the end.

  • I agree, SauronsEye. The boy's attention-seeking behavior is very sickening and he's not really even breaking the computer at all.

  • I agree, SauronsEye. The boy's attention-seeking behavior is very sickening and he's not really even breaking the computer at all.

  • Kid, watch out for Syler :D

  • i read somewhere that he dosn't even have to touch anything he gets near it and things slow down. i believe a friend of mine computer started acting crazy just as soon as he started to get shocked by everything

  • 3 weeks later... they realize sticky keys was on.

  • Dude that kid is pwning everybody. He's intentionally 'breaking' the computers with a couple hotkeys cause it gets him tons of attention. He's starved for attention, which is why he does this.

  • i knew mutants are real XD

  • lol, "I'm Famous YES!

  • Haha now his happy of his fame

Someday he will be obsessed about PC games and then...

    Haha sucker!

  • I don't know why you're getting the thumbs down. SLIders are real. Kind of a lame super power though. :P

  • It's not a superpower. It's normal. The rest of y'all are weaklings. :P

The votes are sour grapes because they have such tiny chis. ;)

  • well... not having the Numlock can possibly make the text akward on some computers, more than likely this is the case.... he probably found that out and presses the num lock off every time he sits down to act like he has something goin on with him :D

  • sticky keys?!?!??!

  • yes he taps shift, ctrl or alt 5 times in a row, that turns on sticky keys and causes the "issues", note that if you turn on caps lock and press 4843, they don't appear as $*$#

  • Dude, i just said the same thing in my head. Thank god we have some people who aren't idiots.

  • beni izle!!!bu şarkıları hiç bu wersiyonla dinlemediniz!!!

  • I bet he can't wait until he can lift cars and bridges :D

  • This is interesting. I could be 8 feet from my wireless access point but if my SO walks in front of my laptop, I lose the wireless signal.

  • Interesting story, but lack of a solution on a science channel doesn't fit for me.

  • Seconded. Probably a hoax anyway.

    "...I'm famous. Yesss!"

  • He was a little 5th grader.... what was he going to say? lol

  • i also break my computer very often... does that means something?

  • May be you just don`t know how to use it...muhaaa :))

  • i second that theory

  • He doesn't look like the Dalai Lama.

  • he doesn't look like a shark either

  • thats hilarious lmao
