Every time I see this car my I break my neck because it's so sleek and nimble. I have a 1992 Honda accord and it still gets 22 mpg. I cant believe that some cars like the Maxima still get 20 miles per gallon, despite the engine cylinder options because the V6 accord coupe can get up to 31 mpg !

@FlyingFooBalls Yeah..... I highly doubt anyone would cross shop a BMW and a Honda. The only natural competitor the Accord has is the Altima coupe, and the Accord coupe is a much better car than the Altima. It's better looking, handles better, is roomier inside, and gets great gas mileage ( I got slightly over 30 mpg driving from NJ to SC in my mom's '09 V6 coupe, which is also red). Plus, you can't forget about Honda's reliability and high resale value.

Accords are some what better than Civics! The value of the accords is much more than the civics. But still I would like to see the Accords have the option of having the Civic interior design like the digital speedometer and also a better Navigation system. Honda is still backwards in the GPS Department. Majority of car makers offer XM Navigation now. Accords are also much more roomy. But Civics have the best gas millage.

i was wondering the same thing, cause i want to buy a used one that year aswell...right now i have 2001 acura 1.7 EL 5 speed fully loaded leather/roof and wood grain...but in 2012 the 2008 accord coupe fully loaded v6 will cost roughly $20,000 cda/us dollars. it is 30 grand used with very low milage now....so 4 years from 2008 it should be maybe 10 grand cheaper

it would be hard to compare because the accord is front wheel drive and the Genesis is rear wheel drive. if you live where it snows a lot it would be wise to buy the accord but if you live anywhere south of Virginia, then i would go with the genesis

The Accord Coupe competes with the Eclipse Vt6 and Altima Coupe and G6. The Accord V6 has more power in a small engine on regular gas, the Altima and Eclipse take premium gas
