@Glockenator ok the problem is a short circuit inside your xbox 360, I use this cable and is working, if the short circuit is in the cable, it blow out the PC power supply without conect it to the xbox 360.
dont use psu energizer. i got one and within a week it was browned around the connecter, so i figured it was defective, bought another one, same problem. its best to make one
WHERE CAN I GET THE CABLE this looks like an excellent solution since i build compters i have like 5 of those power supplies laying around.and how much to they cost

@Glockenator use a 300w or more power supply, make all the conections with xbox 360 and the power supply turned off.
