  • Nice machine driving! and nice video!

  • Reminds me of a giant tin can opener.

  • Ace vid

  • looks like a bunch of wolves tearing an animal apart. haha

  • Fantastic video .Good to see how they demolished the oil tank . ;-))

  • i saw you on extreme machines

  • it reminds me of a friend's rabbit, who would take a bit of grass, back up, eat it, then go forward for another bite... haha this is kool

  • Wouldn't a D11R Help make the job a tad quicker ?

  • @Strogenforcer How would a D11R help in this situation? I'm my 10 years of photographing demolition I have NEVER seen a bulldozer assist any crew for any company when it comes to wrecking a steel structure....

  • a shear could do it all, don't need a dozer when a shear is capable of getting an I-beam and pushing/scraping the metal like a dozer.

  • lol giant can opener @0:47~1:01

  • When they demolished the tank very similar to this one in my neighborhood, thye "caved in" the tank using bulldozers and then picked it apart using shears.

  • Love This!!!! Great stuff and fantastic skill!!!

  • Very nice video. Pretty skilled operator too!

  • yeah those labounty shears are bad ass. im a welder and my company sent me to labountys corporate headquarters in minnesotta for a week for specialized training on how to maintain them. those things can tear some shit up. lol

  • Yeah my uncle took me for a tour of their headquarters. I live in MN, so i get a lot of stuff about LaBounty. Its pretty sweet.

  • ok, thanx. ill try to publish a little more of our demolition equipment later.. we dont have any machine that large yet..

  • what kind of shear do you use on the 1250? how large was this tank? how long time did you use on the tank?

  • I was the site superintendent, that tank was one inch thick steel at the base, and half inch at the top.one million gallon tank

  • LOVE KOMATSU'S ! ! ! ! ! !

  • this steel looks like paper in these shears I l,ove this force . ***** stars

  • Steel ranged from 3/8 inch (9mm) at top, 5/8 inch (15mm in the middle) to 1 inch (25mm) at the base.....

  • HAHA hope this comment works. testa got some really big machines, i run a kamatsu 200 with a labounty shear, the thing is amazing. i work for amix in canada. nice video. i got to get me some footage of me in the 200

  • That was fun to watch, thanks.

  • Unbelievable! It's amazing to watch big beast ripping and pulling huge sheets of metal! I like when the operator fold a huge piece precisely and put away. Great job Stephen!

  • Fantastic video, Steve! Looks like a modern day dinosaur ripping into that tank! The guy in the red jacket really knows his stuff - you can tell the way he waves his arms around! LOL!!!

  • Thanks for the compliment. Like any great director the waving of the arms is important to keep the orchestra in synch. How do you think this tank came down so fast?

  • Awsome video, it's like watching a child on christmas morning opening a gift.

  • I think I should do a comparison video or maybe get the 1250 operator's parents to furnish me with a Super8 film of him opening Christmas presents 25 years ago and see if we see a similarity here!!!

  • great video thats awesome how it just tears it open!

  • awesome job steve! 1250 uhd with shear is awesome

  • Holy Jesus!!! Awesome video Steve!!!

  • Thank Sal. Keep up the great work with your videos too!!!
