I wanted this so I searched for it. Even though my Japanese ain't very good I think I managed to figure out how to get it. It looks like it's a commercial voice sync thingie... It costs a fortune (13700 yen) and will not be shipped outside Japan.

It's likely that it's only be available in Japanese anyway.
