Cost the treasury millions in lost revenue since the M1 is the main artery INTO london, and commuters couldnt get access, so they took at least one day off work. FACT. The taxpayer foots the bill for lost treasury money. FACT. A man was ironing on the motorway tho, so its really funny and worth it.
