ENERGY didn't copy, they just used those songs and edited them, it's legal. you don't have to sing every song that u compose u know.

I dont really know about Energy , but... I heard they copied many Korean singers' song ,(DBSK-one..) is that true ?

yeah. DBSK, shinhwa, and so on. it's pretty well known that they have copied. However, they denied all the time.
