that would simply mean the government stole the rice and fences it to the people. but i don't think it's that simple.
they're all starving because the food prices became too high. if you send them food, it's not like you can really ensure that every person gets an equal share of that food.
all it does is bring more food to the market, which hopefully deflates the prices. in a free market system, that's all you can hope for.
Don't you think this is a unappropiate way to interview someone and then on top of that you name this video mad women in a haitian market, what is the point of the video, this lady isn't mad as in crazy she is upset. If you were trying to give a interview that can be effective enough to have someoneone do something positive for these people what you ought to do is to a more proper interview because no one will take the time to listen to a screaming women.
You and I listened to her, and so did over 1000 people by the time I viewed this. This isn't CNN. Let the woman scream. Shes' upset, and her point was made clear.

There's nothing mad about it! Haitians selling in open market wich they call(madame sarah) are loud speakers. The translator sounds funny though!
