I wonder why do characters have such a high levels in the first battle?! I've heard this game is too easy so why did developers do that?

what do you mean by 'movement rate'?

do you mean much they can move a turn or how often they move?

Generally Movement Rate mean the ammout of spaces a unit can move at one time.

that's what i thought but u actually can tell that if u look at the number next the letters MV in a characters stats that's double the number of spaces they can move in one turn it's kinda random that they decide to double the movement since there's really no point

Depends on what emblem you're going for as some have requirements based on that. In total however there are 26 playable characters in this game
