Ya that's what i meant....I was comparing this song from simple sampling, it sounds more like an original composition. Guess you interpreted my comment the wrong way, anyways, That sax doesn't sound like just a sample, more like an original composition. A very dope hybrid between sampling and composing. DOPE!

What's refreshing about this album, is rather than boasting "jazz styling", and merely having a somewhat a-rhythmic beat to connect the genres, he puts sax in, and keeps the joint way fresher that way. Supreme.

oh ya, no doubt about that, I'm sure he does but for most hip hop beats, you can tell when a producer uses a sample or creates their own and these guys are trained clearly musicians. Good Stuff!
