Yeah, it's like the Cartoons, where since one Person already has a high Voice to begin with, they have to be a Smart Alec, and make the Persons Voice lower when he or she inhales Helium[Balloon Gas], but here, it's like the Vid is in fast Mode, so the Police Womans Voice is super squeaky, which sounds funny.
