IMVU Tutorial Making Tattoo with Gimp Pt. 1

Ok making tats tools useing gimp I dnt hve that second tool bar the histroy brushes layers and tools,path 1 so how do i get it?

In your main Gimp window, click on the "windows" tab and scroll down to dockable dialogs. This gives you a drop down list of things to choose from, I would first open "layers" and then add more to the list from the menu it opens up. I most often use, document history, brushes, layers, and paths :)
