i had a bunch of time on my hands so i rented this, got a pole, then totally destroyed the city including the empire state building, then i woke up the next day, repeated but every time i did i was satisfied with my self because blowing stuff up is awesome.

moral of this story: If it can blow up (preforably the empire state building) BLOW IT UP!

Oh and you can't kill civs. Don't tell me hulk is a super hero that never kills, he's a monster that sometimes does heroic things. He's a monster because he does things that get people killed, even if unintentional. Running through a crowd of cars and sending them flying, hitting innocent people, should not leave those same people getting up and running like they just got knocked down by a paper cup.

I wanted to love this game so much but the fucking glitches kill it. Vehicles explode with the slightest touch and sometimes go right through objects without affecting them. I guess they think they can just shovel out any trash and us dumb gamers will gobble it up and ask for more.

You strike me as a very strict reviewer. Based on the number of pros you listed for this game, your score seems a bit low. Also, even though I enjoyed Ang Lee's Hulk for what it was, I found the reboot to be noticibly more well done. Imho, it had more action, better pacing, very good performances, and didn't take so long getting to the real meat of the story. I was disappointed to read that Edward Norton will not be reprising the role for the 2012 Avengers movie. Mark Ruffalo will take his place

In my opinion, the 2008 Hulk movie was good, but the 2003 one was much better. The best hulk game ever made was Ultimate Destruction. My second favorite is the one based off of the 2003 movie, but with a completely different plot, but it had some similarities to the movie.

So close, yet so far.

The only thing they need to make the best Hulk game ever, is to get better (storyboard!) cut-scenes, Less freakishly detailed models (Better texture maps perhaps?), More crazy abilities and unlockable token effects [Canadian Flag] like in Ultimate Destruction, and more unlockable costumes like Red Hulk, Joe Fixit, Abomination, etc.

The Hulk is big and needs big features. It's just the scale of the game. Boom.

@theshredder39 yup. only very rarely will a reviewer finish (i remember one of x play's corresspondents actually finished uncharted 2 judging by the fact he called it the "best campaign ever" or something like that) but for games that usually dont recieve immediate universal acclaim, they wont play it the whole way through.
