This was actually fun for me, the moving blocks and the jap/eng differences made it completely different from your run, so I was happy it only took a few reset-last-move's to beat this one.

If you are talking about which exit you take at the end changes the story, then the answer is No. Doesn't change anything. However, you will be asked a question in the elevator after this level, and that affects the story.
