first of all, requiem for a dream was released 9 years ago, not 10. second, the song you are refering to is actually called 'lux aeterna'. but the version used in this particular video clip is indeed clint mansell's reworking of 'lux aeterna', which he did for the lord of the rings - the two towers trailer, called 'requiem for a tower' (not sure wether it is movement 2, 3, or 4).

Wrong, wrong wrong! Clint mansell had nothing to do with LOTR. The producers used that one piece for the trailer and that is it! Howard Shore wrote the music for LOTR and requiem for a dream came out in 2000 not 2001. Do some research mate!
