Your 1st page will send the page request to GWO who decides which page to show. To check conversion rates you need to have a follow on page that will have the conversion code to track the conversions.
Is google sending traffic 50/50 to the two index pages or do you make adwords campaigns to send some amount of traffic to those sits then measure conversion rates?
