This would be so good if more classic arcade developers got involved. Just Atari, Activision and Konami games aren't enough for me. I wanna see Capcom, Namco, Sega, Taito, Williams/ Midway etc...stuff on there too. I'd fill the rooms in no time if there were, such a missed opportunity

How exactly is it FREE if you have to pay for all the arcade games? That's like saying going to a resteraunt is FREE, you just have to buy the food. :P (By the way, old these old games PITFALL, PACMAN, etc. these games are fucking terrible. They suck so bad!) I get that these were cool back in the day, but i would sooner stick my hand in a blender than play any of these games today.

@OSanBrazil Well if you want the complete list, go to wikipedia. On the game room page, there is a link to the list of games. So far there has been about 13 game packs. They have been launching about every 2 weeks I think

In Game Room you get worldwide leaderboards, replay functionality, the ability to issue high score/longest survivor challenges to friends, and they just added a dynamic leaderboard that updates in real time as you play the games. This is an insane value for only $3 a game, less than a sandwich. Game Room employs a suite of features that I haven't seen anywhere else. I'm glad they're charging for it, they can budget my money to keep it going.

PS3 is an entertainment console, not a gaming console, Xbox 360 is the only good gaming console out right now, yes the online is free yet people still pay to play xbox live, I have a bunch of friends that have a PS3 and an XBOX 360 and only use the PS3 for Blu-Ray and Surfing the web.

They are both the best but in different catagories.
