haha i agree with TraceurArok! :) It doesnt matter which is which! :) they're essentially the same, but that doesnt matter still! you should just do what YOU wanna do! thats the whole point of both Parkour and Freerunning! :P

To express yourself! If someone chooses a back somersault off a drop, good for them :) doesnt mean you have to to!

I hate when people say they hate freerunning because it's all about "showing off." Sure, freerunning is more about flips and more technical moves but Parkour is very similar. If you could do a backflip off a structure or just a simple drop, which would you do? Exactly, the backflip :) I like both Parkour and Freerunning so don't comment me back if you have nothing positive to say. Great video! :D

You may do a back flip, some may do a side flip but me personally would choose the drop with a roll.

I love watching freerunning and i love parkour but i dont choose to worry about the differences, what makes parkour, parkour or Free running, Free running.

To me what matters not the name but the spirit, how each individual feels doing what ever they may do (excluding those who actually are out to ruin the spirit or simply do not understand the two enough)

at first, i know a lot of people won't like it but parkour is as practical for it's original purpose as kung fu is for self defense! of cause you can, but you probably never will use it... anyway parkour is the art of efficient movement, freerunning just an art of movement where the movement itself (and not a goal like efficiency) it in the focus.you can use freerunning 4 show off but u can use parkour as well so no difference in that point.just 2 sides of one medal mate.

the important thing is that you go out, train, share the love for movement and train save and don't offend other people so that the image of the art of movement is a good and clean one on not one of jackasses jumping form roof to roof.

Eran Urbanrunners... pero por cuestiones de tiempo y hubicacion geografica se separaron y nacio monos nocturnos y luego monos urbanos :P bueno eso recuerdo ...
