Don't give up! You can do it man! Just keep trying! I've been going to a gym everyday for about 3 months now and I didn't see any change at all for about a month. You'll get there! You just gotta keep at it. And if you haven't started doing anything yet, DO IT! It is so worth it man!
@nba8340 The hardest part of these exercises is being able to keep your balance while creating good depth...my knees may look unstable at some points because I am losing some balance...Believe it or not talking while doing the workouts actually kind of threw me off lol.

i get what your saying, but there still seems to be a lot of instability around th knee (maybe weak add/abductors i'm thinking)
your thoughts? no matter the balance, circumstances, i wouldn't expect the knee to shit around like that

Start w 3 sets of 6 with no weight...Weight until you are doing it easily to add weight or resistance.
