  • @sexisk8er100 The only way is if you go to a doctor and they can test for growth hormone deficiencies. If there is one then you'll get HGH prescribed to you.

  • nice viseo...im 14 and i weight about 250 and i can get backboard easy on a 10ft goal...im trying to get my hoops up so i can dunk before next summermso please do anthor video were i can increase my hoops for a boy my size and get rim thanks

  • Should never let your knee wobble in the single let squats. Terrible.

  • What about, power cleans and hang cleans? Do those exercises improve vertical jump?

    olympic style lifting like cleans and snatches, plus other exercises that originated from those lifts like hang cleans, high pulls, and lifts like that add tons of explosion and vertical

  • Don't give up! You can do it man! Just keep trying! I've been going to a gym everyday for about 3 months now and I didn't see any change at all for about a month. You'll get there! You just gotta keep at it. And if you haven't started doing anything yet, DO IT! It is so worth it man!

  • @nba8340 The hardest part of these exercises is being able to keep your balance while creating good depth...my knees may look unstable at some points because I am losing some balance...Believe it or not talking while doing the workouts actually kind of threw me off lol.

    i get what your saying, but there still seems to be a lot of instability around th knee (maybe weak add/abductors i'm thinking)

    your thoughts? no matter the balance, circumstances, i wouldn't expect the knee to shit around like that

  • Start w 3 sets of 6 with no weight...Weight until you are doing it easily to add weight or resistance.
