It gets so confusing, The plank rows, I know as renegade rows, add a 12 lb weight and feel the burn. Those squat drops I know as dynamic squats but when you go down you touch the floor! :)

The best way to loose weight are oxygen based (aerobic) activites like running, riding bike, swimming not some useless exercises... Running + diet (less calories then you need daily) = epic weight loss.
@genghisgirl actually shuukre is right, your body has dna that defines what type of metabolism you will have, your body wanted to loose that weight again because of your genes, im not saying you didnt work hard, but for most other people looking to loose weight cardio and diet is best

Thanks Bex! Just finished your video. Did 4 sets, but had to lose the jump in the squats and the jump lunges bc I have shin tendonitis flaring bad! So I did super low squats, and then two sets lunges (different legs) and then two sets side lunges. I am sweating for real!! ;) Will be taking this video with me for visiting family!

@laChul1z702 Sure! But always check with your doctor to make sure you're doing it in a healthy way and not putting your milk supply at risk. I've lost all the weight I gained during my last pregnancy and MORE, and I'm still breastfeeding.
Oh good i have to lose my baby fat fast and get my muscles back ... after been in bed rest for 9 month im going to try this to get in shape after having my baby he is 6 weeks old.. but i was wondering if is ok to do excersis if im breastfeeding... my mom saysits going to lower my supply.. its ok to do it or is not ok?
@laChul1z702 It's true that you have to eat well and drink LOTS of water to keep your milk supply up. Exercise is good for you and your baby and it shouldn't affect your milk supply unless you're losing TOO much weight. I'm still nursing my 8 month old baby with no issues at all. xo
This is a great routine! How fast are we supposed to see results? Also, I have weak knees when I have to lunge or squat, do you have any tips on how to prevent injury?
@jasminka1991 Weak knees may mean that you just have to build the muscle around them, but to prevent injury always keep your knees from moving beyond your toes. That causes strain. And if you feel pain, STOP! Pain is never ok.
"Why is this so hard!" I say that every time I do your workouts too lol a question though...sounds kinda weird, but does doing push up kind of bring more muscle to your breast? I have small boobs and the last thing I need is for them to get even smaller lol
@simplyxpliicitful Cardio burns fat EVERYWHERE. So some women do lose a little breast tissue (because they're fat). However, building muscle can help your breasts look perkier by lifting them up ;)
@genghisgirl well that makes sense then. Let us know how the Vega sport nutrition works out for you! Because I need a little boost before workouts too; my friends use pills and energy drinks like 5 hour energy but I don't want to use any of those.

@HappyGalShy My first bit of advice is: If you're tired of being called fat, recognize that the people calling you fat have the problem - not you. Love yourself first, then decide to upgrade your fitness status. At 15, it's more important to find a way that you love to move around, do it a lot, and make sure you're eating clean whole foods. Don't worry about the numbers on a size tag or on a scale. xo

Did hill sprints instead of stairs, because all the stairs I could find around here were covered in ice!
