It's weird because while that Last Airbender movie was absolutely atrocious as well and definateely deserves at least one Razzie. I didn't hate it as much as this. They at least had the general story in there. It sucked of course, but at least they didn't slap on the title of a popular series to a movie that had almost nothing to do with it.

Well okay I never watched anything of the story outside of DBZ so I wouldn't really know, but still. To be fair teh show was pretty silly too, but at least they gave effort. This is one of those intentionally cheap movies made to make a profit off the fans of the show and not even give half of the effort the show did. Like that Last Airbender movie. It was the same story and granted they had to edit alot, but not one moment was remotely entertaining to me. The same goes for this.

The problem with this movie was the writing and somewhat the cast. I think Justin Chatwin would make a better Yamcha than a Goku. Also, if they wanted the adult Goku...they should have done a recap of most of Dragonball and start DBE at the World Tournament with Piccolo Jr.
