@CODMw2Disturbed The Second Class Clone is Mark Purayah Jr that 47 Killed you see Mr Alexander the guy being interviewed cannot really divulge that his group was behind the assassination attempt on the US Secretary of the interior that 47 foiled in the murder of crows mission so instead he is blaming 47 for the attempt and claiming the clone 47 killed was actually 47's accomplice and that said clone was killed by Mr Alexander's group who in turn saved the secretary
