guy I created MJ and assigned him to the bulls but he's not in the rotation when the game starts. I tried putting him in the starting lineup from options-manage roster-Rotations but it keeps telling me he has 0 minutes so he can't be put.

I think you have to press x like you're shooting then you press it again to double clutch

Double clutch happens when theres no one in front of you as you dunk in 2K9.

Simply move the Navigation (direction) stick to the rim....and hold the Shot Stick South (or away from the defender)....

In case a defender wanted to draw you a charge as you dunk, you'ld simply a void it causing you to do a lay up instead.

Meaning Double clutch are quite rare in the game.
