for those of us like me who like to get there apps faster but still free do wat he does but insted of using appscene i will give u a list of fastest downloads to slowest: media fire links go really fast!! then use endlessapps links because their preety fast then appscene because it is the slowest of the three but trust me it works nd its so fast

You have to restore it after you update it, then yes you have to reload cydia, and you will lose what you have.

Yes it works on any ipod touch, yes you need to jailbreak your ipod before you do this, i have a video on how to jailbreak version 3.1.2. When you jailbreak your ipod version 3.1.2, thats when you can pick if you want cydia, rock or icy. I prefer rock cause its way faster and its the same thing.

thats because the game could not decompress the file after it was downloaded. It happens to everyone and alot of games are like that, just try and install from a different ipod friendly site ex: endless apps instead of appscene. Or you could just install the older versions of the games.

Depends on the game, Some take awhile cause there a big file but others are very quick. I would suggest your ipod auto lock to be set as never because if the ipod turns off, it losses internet connection and does not finish the download.

so??? who cares.. they cant track it.. you use ur internet connection or someone elses.. and if you download stuff A LOT at a time and overload then they can report u.. but luckely u can only download 1 app at a time lol.. so its perfectly legal.. :)
