  • What I don't understand with these airlines is that...if there's no more seats ...then why do they keep on selling the seats....a real scam if you ask me!

  • This just reminds my how dangerous are my fellow passengers.

  • Solution ,dont fly ! I can remember when flying was so much fun , been there done that ,no more , nope ,I find my fun locally now , or when I do go anywhere no rush , But I DO NOT FLY no more .Its just not worth it , strip searches , wands , shoes off , open your luggage , arrive 2 hours early , :(

  • @soggybuilders Is this really true now in the UK ? I have not been on a flight since 2004

  • @digitalmediafan I haven't been on a flight since 2006 and seriously doubt if I ever will again. Especially the way you have to go about flying these days. Ridiculous

  • lmao all these guys just shooting the messenger

  • I hate being the messenger myself.

  • Sometime I wish they can be over the counter and UNDERSTAND too... PLEASE !! ppls treat each with respect !!! If I was a Agent I will called a Police of the airline and get his arrest..

  • Some people need to learn to accept that shit happens.

  • What is the point in yelling at the agent?? He is just working there trying his best to help out, he does not make the policy nor it was his fault that there was no seat available. If I ever have an airline, I would tell the CEO to have his office right behind the check in desk.

  • I don't think I will ever want to work at passenger/desk service employee at low cost airlines?!

  • I would have called security and had those animals hauled off airport property.

  • EU should have an central agency, who should handle complaints and deliverer severe financial punishment to violating airlines. Today especially Ryan Air and EasyJet as well as other airlines budget as well national carriers piss on the strict EU rules that exist but are not enforced. Its uncertain for consumers, where they shall complain (even which country), if the airlines dismiss there claim, since writing a letter or email to EasyJet or any other airlines most likely will get them fuck all!

  • Well, still better than Delta or Ryanair.

  • These people enjoy flights being cancelled because it gives them some excitement in their shitty unfulfilling jobs. The way this cunt delivered the news that peoples holidays were cancelled had me foaming at the mouth. They should not be allowed to treat paying customers with such contempt and disdain.

  • @tantorecords Yes, I'm sure it is very exciting to have egocentric pricks yelling at you for simply doing your job. That, plus the low wage sounds like heaven to me. "Mommy, I want to work at a flight desk when I get older so bitter, frustrated people can take their anger out on me."

He was doing his job. The fact that you attacked his profession just highlights your insecurity. If you feel good about yourself, you wouldn't need to bring other's down.

  • I might recommend the airline not placing the disclaimer on the ticket itself. hehe

  • you could never pay be enough to deal with this

  • Luv me Ahh british accent

  • anyone burst laughing when 1:34 came up? wai wai wai plz plz aii, hehe..

  • Comment removed

  • Bricktop's Brother: "Now put the kettle on."

  • HAHAHA! Love the reaction.

  • what a wanker that williams

  • That is easyJet for ya!

  • Anyone notice the kid doing cartwheels in the background at 2:31

  • I wish I was the agent. I would give a bottle of stool softener to those mean people.

  • You know many of these angry passengers seem to forget they're in an Airport and not their homes, it's amazing how many avoid one of the many armed police patrolling for terrorists just dragging them out for taking the piss.

  • That's what you get when you fly "No Thrills" expect no thrills, when they cancel your flight. You get treated with more dignity and respect if you flew with a Well known company, I.E Singapore, Cathay, Qantas, JAL, ect ect. No Ailrine is exempt from disruption, but better companies treat you with "Dignity" and these no thrill companies treat you like this.

  • Poor guy, the passengers got a right to be pissed absolutely, but what can the poor ticket guy do? He's not in charge of if a flight goes or not lol

  • Some times you just want to bust a jerk like this in his choppers.

  • Remember when flying was for the privileged?

Bring back those days - budget airlines are a disgrace FULL OF CANNON FODDER!

  • @bertyUK It is not affecting you is it? You don't have to travel with them if you don't want to?

  • @MrDannybs09

    The fact is...

    Mr Williams IS A PROLE.

    HE SHOULD REMAIN QUIET..

AND BE HAPPY HIS STUPID ARSE ISN'T DESTINED UP A SOOTY CHIMNEY STACK.

I WOULD HAVE HIM TIED TO THE WING OR UNDERCARRIAGE.

  • @bertyUK Haha I agree completely. I wasn't meaning to me rude :)

  • Damn, I feel for these ticket agents - having to deal with all these numbskulls in your face...

  • If this was in the US, security would have been all up in that guy with the hat's grill. LOL!

  • Who loves British people lol?

  • @Seigu007 you realize you're a human too....right?

  • ThATS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU USE EASY JET!

  • OMG, they weather is not the airlines fault.

  • Cursing is not going to get anyone anywhere.

  • I love this guy screaming. So awesome. lol

  • oh first world problems

  • what a loser

  • What a legend, brilliant!

  • Its funny when people get upset because there won't be home for the holiday because they can't get on a plane they don't stop to think about the people at the counters helping you to get on the plane and the crew and pilots getting you to your destination are the ones who are missing their holiday to help some of these scumbags.

  • Whilst it's not poor Leo's fault, so yes it IS wrong for those individuals to be swearing at him, I can understand how angry they can be trying to travel out on New Year's Eve. This is no way for an airline to treat their passengers.

  • lol i wish i was that guy! just sit back and piss everyone one of the bastards off!! Hilarious!!

  • omg..i get that all the time..i work for airtran.. :(

  • Id have to stop, consider the mob cursing me out, realize thats what I get paid minimum wage for, and have a nice big chuckle in front of those assholes. That being said, what happened was unfortunate for the passengers, but taking it out on the nearest employee - stationed no less - isnt going to resolve anything.

  • Good to see there are assholes across the Atlantic too

  • The agent did a fantastic job. It does no good taking out your anger on him. He isn't the one responsible for the cancelation of the flight...the weather is. What do you expect in January???? Time for a reality check passengers!!!

  • That agent did a hell of job keeping calm with that lot on his back. The real culprits are the management levels in Easyjet who obviously never have to come face to face with angry passengers - and therefore, don't care. This poor agent would have been happy to help, had he been given the tools to do so. Scores are as follows: Easyjet: -10/Mr. Williams: -1/Agent: +10

  • Everyone n the world should have to work 6 months in the service industry, The world would change for the better. Mr Williams is a rude individual who is completely out of touch, needs a lesson in in communicating with people, and should not take out his frustration on the agent (who by the way did an excellent job) Mr. Williams should be in touch with management on such matters. The agent was left high and dry by management.

    Rob From Canada

  • Do not book a flight on the same day that you "have" to be there. If you do its your fault when you don't make it, you get absolutely ZERO sympathy. If you wonder why airline employees seem like they do not care what you think or say it is because anytime something happens that is out of our control you act like this. It jades a person very quickly.

  • I would love to have this job. Righ tin the middle of allt he action.

  • A fat ignorant cockney in a ridiculous hat and a bow-tie calling someone a berk. Irony failure?

  • Calm right now Every passenger.

  • Calm your arse down!

  • Love how grown people turn into little kids over stupid shit but yet these are the same, "adults" who get after their kids for being rude in public. Then some parents wonder why their kids act the way they do. Dumbasses.

  • Ahhhh the decline of western civilization.

  • @1squeez arnt they in england?

  • If that bowtie chap had tried that crap in the USA he'd have security on him faster than he could think of another insult.

  • if theres no seats yelling at him wont make one appear... just take it in stride and dont embarass yourself.

  • @dnvnflcnr matbe if you were stuck in an airport for 8 hours waiting for the flight, and you were flying for New Years Eve celebrations, you may not take it 'in your stride'

  • @andygoodyear but what will yelling at the guy help? you probably would act like the guy in the video and get mad at the wrong people. When your mad d you kid and scream like a child? he should have just left a day earlier... and your quote from my last comment is wrong.

  • @dnvnflcnr I didn't quote - quote marks would have been ". I was paraphrasing and using ' as punctuation, but hey, if you want to pull me up on punctuation go ahead. And don't presume you know me saying that I would act like the guy in the video. Personally I think the employee was too blase - well, you'll just have to write in to our customer support unit.

  • @andygoodyear i just dont want words put in my mouth so i corrected your quote, if i was correcting your punctuation i would have said maybe was spelled wrong. i didnt ask for you to comment on my thing i was just stating my opinion , the passenger was mad at the wrong person and should take his anger out on him hes only doing his job. if he cant handle delays stuff like that he shouldnt fly becuse thats a part of the deal.

  • @dnvnflcnr You don't seem to get it - I was not quoting you - I was paraphrasing. There is a difference. What I paraphrased was what you said. If he can't handle stuff like that he shouldn't fly?? Are you serious?

  • @andygoodyear yea....delays are a part of flying and he cant deal with it. he should have expected for something to happen and planned ahead. i didnt see any other passengers acting as bad as him either. i still dont understand why your bothering me about this, all i did was comment on a video with my opinion, there are plenty of other comments on here saying the same thing as me...go bother them

  • @dnvnflcnr You don't seem to understand the purpose of a discussion forum. If you put a comment here, it can be discussed. I don't think you even understand what is going on in the video. You say he should have expected something to happen and planned ahead - you do realise the airline cancelled the flight right?

  • @andygoodyear yea i know they cancelled it he should have left a couple days earlier not last minute. i have my opinion and you have yours, i dont care if you agree with me or not, i dont even care about this video anymore. i posted that comment 2 weeks ago and this discussion means nothing to me so just drop it.

  • This passenger should be banned from flying with the Airline again

  • If you can't afford a delay don't fucking fly, airlines don't have to hold your hand

  • what a bunch of idiots,,,all of them ,,,

  • lol

  • As you can see the messenger is the only one to mouth off on the rest higher ups are to afraid to come forward to explain.

  • Poor Leo!! He allways gets the shit from the passengers!

  • the airlines sucks

  • Poor guy at the front counter.

  • I love Leo.

  • LOL what an adult child. Making the representitive guy give him mental therapy because he cannot control his emotions when the inevitable inconvenient events occur in all of our lives. The selfish show their true colors when they act like little babies who need their bottle and didn't get it. I wonder what he thinks of his own behavior.

  • Maybe they should have tried something other than schedule a flight the day before New Years. Damnit, it's called a little forethought.

  • That repulsive man with the hat would have been escourted out of the airport had he started using language like that here. This what happens when morons travel, they know nothing of the inner workings and, this particular man, was a bully going after the agent. He ended up looking like a fool.

  • He just earned employee of the month and it's on video! How to handle rude passengers 101.

  • Comment removed

  • such pathetic useless anger, that guy in the hat is a complete douche. I have had my share of bad experiences with flying.. such as a 4 hour delay going to America and what seemed like an endless wait for a delayed flight in Tenerife with no information about when we'd be taking off.. I was tired and very upset but I would never have shouted at the peeps who are just trying to do their job. This is an airport, there are idiots who get this angry in Supermarkets.. complete and utter prats.

  • Oi, its Frank Butcher! Eastenders!!! He's back and got a Hat!

  • Those customers are idiots!!!! Its not his fault! You cant shoot the messager! Totally uncalled for!

  • stupid passengers

  • By the way you loose all your money you have saved,You try & claim from airlines! omg.

  • You fucking humans deserve to be destroyed. Youre all cattle.

  • @Seigu007 aren't you human ?

  • What a horrid bloke; he should have been barred from flying because of his foul-mouthed tirade.

  • i would have told that guy to go suck his balls and bite his own ass for his own fare and transportation - flight attendants and agents have the right to refuse service to anyone acting out of manner for the safey of everyone

  • It's stupid to leave a flight to the last minute, and that guy was a jackass!

  • Comment removed

  • i would smack that guy in the face. all rude people like this need to work in customer service.

  • People can get really ugly when their "well-functioning" lives dont go as planned. Guess they were stressed out because of the holidays. Sure, I can understand the frustration, but try to put some perspective into it. How would they react in a real crisis? Why not try to embrace that life isnt run by a computer. Things happen, not always as we want but with a little good will and humor, it normally works out for the best!

  • This is what happens when you pay like £100 for a flight. People think plans run like buses. If that was me I would have called security And got rid of that disgusting excuses of a human. And got more staff for back up. Dont want shit service pay the right amount of money.

  • I work at the airport for an international airline....i do get passengers getting angry and frustated about a flight being cancel...but the insults? is not like WE choose to cancel the flight!!! the things we have to hear! there is no respect, we are there trying to do our best (or what we are told to do by our bosses) and no one gets it.

  • @misled1982

i know it's not the same, but i work as a cashier and it's impossible for the customers to 1) admit their own mistakes 2) admit that whatever has gone wrong is not our fault 3) to understand we can't know everything (it's a BIG supermarket...) 4) the rules and LAWS are there for reason and we can't make exceptions.

so i feel for you, i do, although i am sure what you have to hear and ignore is much worse than what i get, getting groceries isn't as stressful as traveling :)

  • @Honeypuppy Working with people ALWAYS has ups and downs, when the job is done perfect and everything is working as it should, you feel very rewarded and useful. But yeah...people don't even stop for one second to think about waht are they doing-saying. If my flight were cancel, believe me...I would be angry and upset, but screaming and insulting the poor guy at the check in counter? there is no education, nor respect. waht happen to those things?

  • the customers expect the agent to pull a magic wand out of their ass and make everything better. It doesn't work like that.

  • There's always an a...hole!!! and the stupid spanish crap too.... siempre hay un PUTO GRITON y tenía que ser de España... su arrogancia los hace insoportables... I hate spanish people these people do not deserve to live among reasonable population... everytime I meet one I don't say hello, I say GOODBYE!!!

  • williams the w====r

  • How would these people handle getting some really devastating news like their child being diagnosed with terminal cancer? Steven Williams is a f------g windbag.

  • I would have called security right away people like that doesn't give me any crap

  • @sheilamontijo these people have EVERY right to be pissed.

  • MOst Airlines SUCK!! THe people have been waiting since 1 pm and its 9pm. RIDICULOUS.

  • It's incredibly sad to see how human beings can hate other human beings because of something so silly as a trip.

To all these people - 100 years ago, it would have taken you weeks or months to travel across the country. Accept modern day delays!

  • i hate my fucking job!

  • This is why I left retail years ago

  • I work in customer services and I get this all the time as soon as people don't get their own way fully grown adults instantly turn into children and chuck their toys out the cart.

  • @ash104 I get that sometimes and I work at a cinema. Whoever came up with the term "The customers are always right" needs a slap in the face. It should be changed to " The customers are always retarded". No offence but its just these type of people that I see on this programme really piss me off.

  • "Stellios, that pratt!?"

  • I don't want his job for sure. I feel for the young man.

  • is this real?

  • No offence, but you gotta understand. That a fucking employee cant fly an aircraft just cause they want to fly. If it cant fly. Then it cant. What the fuck is wrong with those guys? Once again. No offence.

  • That CSa has a lot of patience. Any US agent would have had the cops on that jackass in the hat already.

  • The staff member handled himself very well. Its understandable that the passengers are angry too.

I have done a similar job for an airline and it is hard to have people scream at you. You just have to remember that airports are stressful environments and as an employee you need to keep cool otherwise situations like these can spiral out of control.

  • This is why I hate humans.

  • @Hagi465 Are you serious? Just because they get paid to work for handling agencies and/or airlines, there's absolutly NO reason to be a total prick. What kind of logic is that? "Well, you're sitting here and you obviously earn money doing it, so I have the right to be a total asshat and just behave like a dick how much I want to."

Seriously, no. The guy gets paid to provide a service, if for some reason he can't provide it, it's still not his fault and people should fucking BEHAVE.

  • WHY NOT!!?!?!?!?!??!

  • @Morrisvid209 WOW! HI CASSIUS!!! :D

  • I appreciate leos patience. Gosh just imagine every one pouncing on him. If it was sme other customer service that would have been the end to listen to all the bla bla bla from customers.

  • To the people saying you pay for cheap flights, you get screwed: It has NOTHING to do with the price. SAFETY. If there's bad weather, they won't fly. It's to a) Cover their ass and protect their pilots and guests, and B) They like to keep those expensive birds in one piece!

  • @ImmortalMagick Exactly

  • it's like they think the ticket man can just pull a flight out of his ass...

and that he apparently controls the weather.

    and creates airline policy.

poor guy. hope he got a nice long break after dealing with those people

  • You get what you pay for, cheep is not good...

  • what a stupid old fuck haha

  • Typical idiot passenger blaming the agent for the weather.

  • Typical idiot passenger blaming the messenger for the weather.

  • I can't believe the reservation guy couldn't just pull a few jets out of his ass. What a slacker!

  • I laughed so hard when i heard that dude in the back round saying you F@!#IN B@!&H!

  • You fly with these bucket shop airlines this is what you have to expect

  • is that in boston?

  • @EasthamMa speaking with British accents?

  • I would of have that man escorted off of the airport by the police not even 1 minute into his rant!! What a dick!

  • @carpetrug01

yeh that guy hadeled is very well. yes it was a cock up of the airlines but what the man in the hat was doing was bad

  • its the reservation guy's fault. its all his fault!!!!!

  • i think they should hang the guy for doing his job!

  • I feel sooooo soooo sorry for the poor guy at the check-in counter!

  • The guy in the fedora sounds like Horace the crook in 101 DALMATIANS!

  • WT hahaha!

  • Have security to escort his ass out the airport.

  • that poor guy

  • That poor man. Those brutes behave as if he's responsible for the cancellation. It is unfair to shoot the messenger.

  • @reggieboy04 Happens all the time at the airlines. Airline passengers suck lol.

  • they always shoot the messenger

  • the poor guy
