I just picked up one of these guitars myself (the one with the humbuckers though, thinking of you back in the day)... it's an awesome guitar with waaay more soul than it oughta have. That said, I'm probably gonna drop some GFS P-90s into mine when I have some disposable income. Good to see you you ramble on about guitars again.
this is awesome! to people looking for a new electric guitar: the brand name means NOTHING! it's all about the quality of the pickups and the wood. everything else (such as action, intonation, truss rod, etc.) can be easily tweaked to your liking.

I played a squier strat at guitar center and they wanted 179.00 for it. I loved the guitar and I have some high end guitars that cost alot of money.
