The developer "Nick" is a great American guy who can be trusted to provide you with great lots at very reasonable prices, and to guide you through the building process. I would say that Nick is charging about half the cost of what the lots are actually worth. I strongly suggest that anyone who wants to retire in Costa Rica give him a call.
