@pilgrimpictures Quite wrong, a bus coming up behind the "car", saw the bus hit the car. He was a witness that probably saved the car drivers ass (An Army Vet). I saw the bus driver give his statement to the police (not the driver injured, but the bus driver who saw the accident)
I'm not sure, but I don't believe he was wearing his seat belt. The other thought I had on this was that the old guy, "helped" the driver down and laid him out, but stopped when he heard me yelling to see if anyone was hurt. But I don't think the old guy could lift the driver.
@shawnio He ended up on the floor because he probably wasn't wearing his seat belt and it was the force at which he applied his breaks that caused him to eject into the window and on to the floor.

Good thing it didn't roll away... Glad someone eventually figured out that the bus was still in gear.
