That paint scheme is just that final CNW Scheme from 1994.

What is with that CNW 4-Bay Covered Hopper paint scheme? Is that a bleed through or a strange hybrid paint scheme?
Thats true the DM&E/ICE will stay slightly separete but you will see CP locos in consists.

Nice video, but I think that UP GP38-2 was really a GP38-2L. Only reason is I think he is parked down in Winona now.

Too bad the IC&E was recently bought by CP, along with the DM&E. Why can't CP just stick to Canada??

Well there is the rumor that IC&E and DM&E will stay a seperate railroad. It will also increase traffic when they connect to the Powder River Basin.
The CP purchase HAS NOT officially happened, it still requires approval by the STB before the purchase is final.
