I'm going to buy the place and start it up again. The Orbit is still a very strong "brand" like Kitkat or Virgin and I don't think the previous owners fully appreciated that. It can make punters very happy and earn money at the same time, it just has to be done right.

Remember wen Ben Simms first played at the orbit wi surgeon, i just stood watchin him chop it up all night, i was amazed. Never seen any1 wi a natural talent like him. He plays with a jeff mills style but even better, then wen lights came on at the end every1 screamin "ONE MORE" Then out ov nowhere he scratches in 'Basictonal Remake' by surgeon well that was it i just fukcin lost the plot. INTENSE beyond belief

Come to BOPS in Bradford theres usualy a techno night every month @ The Mill on Preston street. Not as good as The Orbit but still worth it. Open till 6:00 starts at 10:00. Ben Simms is playing on August 1st 08

God this place was the best ever. Used to live for the weekend to get down the Orbit and get seriously messy. Went clubbing all over the country but never went anywhere with the atmosphere of the Orbit. In the days of Sven, Dave Angel etc this place rocked like no other.
