seriously , all fx videos on youtube is full of noob comments asking what render time. no one cares!!!! render time means nothing unless you are a master of tweaking all aspects of the render pipeline.
@benjvh8 in the render tab go to render setup and scroll down to render output, press files and choose the format and name for your file you have to activate time segments in the time output
and the next time you render it will save automaticly to the folder you selected
You have 2 choices, trough Video post (for you it's not a good idea), or:
Push F10 (or Menu -> Rendering -> Render Setup) -> go to Common Setup -> Render Output area -> Click on Files... -> chose your dest. folder and type the name of the file, including the EXTENSION.
Then, at this point chose your compression method (if you don't know, test it, just to see changes use uncompressed) and then confirm.
Important. In the first dialog, push Active Time segment
Beautiful...the explosion sounded very reallistic. But a tip: to match the poor lighting of the scenario, the explosion would tend to be whiter and stronger. ;) Do it again and test.
