Ummm... Adonai dictates the TERMS of the Christian conversation through the Word Of God, the Bible. Unless of course you dispense with SOLA SCRIPTURA. If that happens, then you are right, "people groups" of all sorts, Christian or not, can DICTATE the TERMS.
