It should be a points model 2D, but I converted it to late model xs850 electronic ignition with electronic advancer. Best system in my mind. All the best and good luck to the new owner, Warren.

Fantastic. I remember building this bike a few years back. It came to me from Gary in Glasgow, ended up with me in Edinburgh, then went to Newtongrange, then Craiglockhart in Edinburgh and then out to East Kilbride.
