You'll have to ask the person or company that has that password for it. Once you have that password, put it in and you're set. It shouldn't be case sensitive.
Also, Marth's recovery has actually been upgraded. You can now use neutral b instead of side-b. A fully charged B in mid air makes him glide forward, and it's much more helpful than melee's side-b. Try that out sometime. It's much easier to shuffle with him too, and it's not too hard to do that then keep someone off the edge, or just jump past them and up-b rape them against the side of the stage (hilarious to do). I've seen zero to kill multiple times with said tactic

his kills are too random and hard to do, dance sucks, hes lighter, yoshis shield has 0 smallability, and with all his new buffs, said dance and breaker are now useless(i main the once shitty but now godly yoshi)
have you even played the game? his smashes do like 18%, he has HIGH priority, even over snakes motars, his floatiness now ables him to do 0-50% inescapable combos, i won a smashbrawlrankings tourney with yoshi, not to mention his speed, best run grab plan in the entire game or the egg throw, one of the BEST projectiles in the game OORRR his good recovery, OH YEAH or maybe the fact that his back air has more range than ikes sword? his inescapable Bair combos into 2smashes, all tilts AND his Uair

Wow, it's funny to see how well gameplay has developed in just the last 2 months since release. Compared to now, these players would be considered very poor. still, since the game had just come out at the time, this is an exceptional match.
Link was bad in Melee and is worse now, he's not close to overpowered.
Pit is easy to kill if you know how to kill him, and he lacks range and high priority. He's easy to kill if you play smart.
Snake is not easy to learn, so I respect people with this much tallent.
TL has low range, so anyone with better range and decent speed can take him out pretty easily. His projectiles are not much to be concerned about, either.
But he's so much weaker now that none of that really matters. I think many agree he went down on the tiers when compared to melee's link. Marth's speed boost makes him even better than he was in melee, and if you're saying Snake's up-b is gimpable, then you are correct, but a good snake player could just bomb jump to get back. Snake hitting himself with his down b actually maks his recovery even better. Also, his aerials are sick when used well
he's stronger... have u even tested this? only his spin is weaker marth was hella nerfed, in melee u can tip 90% of the time, in brawl its like 15% maybe? his range lost a whole foot, and his sword dance only does 2% a slash now... so lets see: 1. 2x less dmg 85% of the time 2. B is only a stab now 3. dance is equal to 1 ike tilt (>_>) and is shield grabable 4. spike now sweet spots 5. recovery nerfed because side b actually SLOWS you now 6. ability to kill severy nerfed 7. grab nerfed

dont argue dude ive played brawl for 500hours and melee for like 2500, he has a bad recovery, no projectile, counter now makes him fast fall, more after lag, breaker sucks, 2x weaker, if u dont tip @ 90%+ u cant kill till 160%, since stale moves exist his weaker/faster style hinders his ability to kill, he looks gay, he lost range
dance does 22 with no stale moves. If you main yoshi instead of Marth, I wouldn't expect you to know all that much about him. His only downgrade is the shortened range and spike being a little more difficult. I have no main, but I'm damn good with Marth, and know someone who just might be the best Marth out there. The only person who's higher in tier is Snake, and MAYBE Falco, if I remember correctly.
marth isnt even high tier, hes like top of mid according to the japanese, anyway brawls tiers mean nothing, theres like 12 high and the rest are mid, i cant imagine anyone bad/good enough to be god/bottom tier, and some like ganon and bowser are far better in FFAs/Teams than 1on1, so tiers basically mean zip

If you try shielding the entire dance, it takes away enough shield that the end of it will start hitting anyway. His neutral b is harder to hit with, but it's much stronger and takes away shield very quickly. Not charged at all will fuck up someone's shield quick. Fully charged, it's an instant shield breaker (and that is what the move is called). His spike isn't that much harder touse if you face away from the opponent when trying it.
I can play a decent snake at times...against level nines its unrealistic though i can put a mine somehwere and they dodge it every time -.- the only way for me to win is to melee them alot and hit them with rockets (Im very good with rockets i usually dont miss >:D) and then knock them down and do smash forward A and blow them off the screen x.x
The game just plays on different mechanics. I hear there's high gravity that fits melee's the closest (although I have yet to check it). If you want to know who's buffed and how, just use that and compare.

Agreed, this is because the game runs off of most of the same controls for the old chars because ur still able to use a gamecube controller, so ur right. I don't think it's a whole lot more different, just better of a game.

yoshi was heavily buffed, faster, strong, jumpier, and his 2nd jump now makes him 100% invincible and it goes all the way from the side of the screen to the stage
ness got the buff shiited out of him, hes 2x better in the least, fire is a amazing, lightning is 2x faster, back air owns, invincible in lightning, other crap too
and btw there was a luigi that beat a marth, same with yoshi and ness
the skills werent nerfed as much as you think, its MUCH harder to kill in brawl than in melee, every attack in the game was reduced like 1.5x times in terms in knockback

For some reason, it feels like Sonic and Snake are opposites. Sonic's more up close, more light, weak, but insanely fast(obviously). Snake is more of a projectile kinda guy, excellent recovery, and can hardly get sent flying, at his low-hundreds, at least, but it seems as if his attacks ARE kinda slow. Still, they're both looking to be awesome characters.
Neither of the two players knew what they were doing... But that's not bad for February of 08...

Actually, they were overnerfed.. Even some low tiers were nerfed (most imba moves were nerfed to be honest..)
Marth's overall range, Falcon's Knee, Sheik's Slap, Link's SpinAttack, Samus's Projectiles, Peach's DSmash, Jiggly's Rest, etc..
In my opinion the only one who was nerfed and didn't deserve it was Link, he was pretty weak already.. The others deserved it.

ganon wasnt nerfed, all his attacks are stronger and now since 60% of his attacks were decloned he got a LOT of range, his side B can tech chase, its amazing
i saw a ganon beat fox, ganons up tilt now sucks people in, his B can turn around mid animation!

But you're not making it better. Since when did taking advantage of glitches make a game better? When you "cheat", you take the fun out of it, and that's exactly what you're doing. It's no different than using a cheat to start an RPG and level 99 with all items. Not fun.
Also, L cancelling is about the only one that isn't an exploit.

FYI I occasionally wavedash when I play against my friends. Does it help? Maybe about 0.01% of the time. Tourneyfagging is pointless. There is no skill involved in glitches.

Not really. All your glitch manipulation really is is jumping around trying not to get hit. Wavedashing is pretty pointless, and if anything it just makes you tourneyfags even more predictable, and thus, even EASIER to fight. GG on your completely baseless argument.

And why not? You tourneyfags seem to be deluded into thinking that "oho i can move a little more by mashing the buttons!" somehow gives you a massive advantage, when if anything it's more a detriment than anything.

Let me give you an example.
You knock someone off the stage to the point where they have to grab onto the ledge to get back on. Edge Guarding makes sure they die.
Short hops allow you to preform air moves at ground level, and also allow you to make another attack quickly after. Same with L-Cancel.
Just read up on how benifical these are. You can't win a tourney if you don't use advanced techniques.
This isn't juat any old fighting game. Smash is fucking deep.

For some reason, it feels like Sonic and Snake are opposites. Sonic's more up close, more light, weak, but insanely fast(obviously). Snake is more of a projectile kinda guy, excellent recovery, and can hardly get sent flying, at his low-hundreds, at least, but it seems as if his attacks ARE kinda slow. Still, they're both looking to be awesome characters.
