I'm surprised they were able to keep up with stuff like that though. A little dirty, but overall, It was performed well.

I was there, and saw this live. It was WAYYY dirtier in person.

Both these bands have techs that march DIV 2 corps in the 90s and they're copy cats of wannabe DCI corps.

i have found that most everything on the asian continent is copied. they don't know how to think originally for the most part. everything is about copying the west. and i'm not surprised to see the copying mentioned on youtube about these asian corps. and they get fixated on one corps, like if they think the Cavies are the best, they won't veer from copying them. everything will HAVE to be about the cavies, because they are 'THE BEST' in their minds, or whatever the corps.

Ripping off DCI corps uniforms has been going on for a long time. In the States, high school always copy the style of their favorite DCI corps, and even rip off the same beats. When I was in high school (2000-2004) we copied a lot of visuals from BD. We really didn't copy any beats though, well sort of, the percussion arranger for BD wrote our book too. ; )

Good drumming. Kind of obvious that the Thais have the "provoking" element in their drumline. Started of with the nice Electric Wheelchair cadence. The Malaysians were fast man! Stable and fast beats. Both are good. Good job!

u can meet The Cadets, The Cavaliers and SCV in Thailand also... i wish DCI can sue them... they are good, dont get me wrong... but copy uniform is too much.. if copy the drill or formation is fine.. but uniform.. no identity.... sorry guys :-(

They are both very dirty, but the blue drumline has better technique. The chicks in white are due to get tendonitis drumming like that.

but i think sometime start from copy that one fast way to learn ... and then they will have they own style later that ok , many suscess group or musician start from copy ... and then use that to make new way ..so i don'care copy or not but how great they are that i care.,( but must give a credit to the master who you copy)
