I don't know how an argument over barthez started. Got some pretty sensitive people here..it's just soccer. but anyway, i wouldn't say barthez was the best goalie ever, however, he was my favorite goaly for the longest time. Most of his best years were before he joined Man U and a lot of people forget that he was rated one of the best goalies in the world before 2001. So to say he is only known for blunders is kind of unfair. At the same time, though, he's still made some goofy mistakes ;)

he actualy recoverd the second half of the season, and btw, the reason man unt played shit is because the defence was shit, not thegoalie... barthez pwned the english shitz, he stopped penalty's like a motherfucker and he has no fear for nothing... just becaus he played 1 half of a season bad doesnt mean he IS bad... he is better than all of the english goalies... dont even think about it calling bathez crap.....
He's the best keeper of the last 10 years.
