I have got all the sims 3 games and I love them...I just got pets,generations and world adventures for Xmas and now there is another one coming out called sims 3 show time and it is sort of like fb with the stuff I can do like post on friends walls share pictures! Which is pretty cool!!!! Another cool thing u can do is go to other peoples towns and meet there people. i got this game for christmas and it is SO MUCH FUN. i noticed some comments asking and yes, you do need the original game. but this is worth every cent. i love the natives and adventuring through the tombs, learning martial arts, and fighting mummies makes this game unique. i love the new outfits and furniture. the suspense and danger in this game is just a blast! although, beware the mummies. i tried to use the mummy snacks, my sim just ate them and threw up, letting the mummy curse her. ah

Hey, has anybody installed this game after having other expansion packs? I skipped it because it looked boring, but since Best Buy is running a "Buy 1 Sim game, Get 1 Free" deal, I'm thinking of getting this and Fast Lane (which I also skipped).....I have every other expansion and stuff pack for Sims 3 and I don't want to reinstall them.....has anyone had any problems installing this recently?

Also, I got basements when I got Fast Lane Stuff, but that is the part that absolutely does not work for me with previous save files. As soon as I click the basement icon in build mode, the game just crashes. Not too big of a deal, I guess I will have to make a new household, which is probably overdue anyways.

Uh, guys? Just to let you know, Seasons is a confirmed expansion and will probably be the next expansion after Pets. Don't complain that it should have come out sooner, Seasons takes a LONG time to make cause of all the bugs and glitches like raining insde and whatever. Rant over, Seasons is on it's way :)

@CandyLoveHearts25 There have been rumors and hearsay regarding that "information" ever since The Sims 3 came out, so I'm sorry but unless you have a source that can be confirmed publicly by a third party your information means nothing. Without any source to back me up I could just as easily say that The Sims 3 Mechanical Ninja Face-Eaters Expansion Pack is coming out, and it's just as credible as your story.

I don't doubt they'll do something with seasons eventually, but *nothing* is confirmed.

@phreakindee No it is confirmed my uncle works for EA and he said it's definately coming they were planning on putting Seasons in the base game but like I said there were glitches that were pretty much unsolvable. Then it was going to be in Late Night as a side feature but they decided to make a whole expansion on it and not just a feature x

The back said you could travel to China, France, Egypt "AND MORE." That was disappointing. But then I found I had to work hard on opportunities and stuff to get to live in those places! After a short while of gameplay, I got VERY bored. THEN i found out it crashed my original sims 3, so i had to delete world adventures in order to play sims 3 the original game....NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

you can find them in the sphinx where if you dive into the well where there is brown water, you will activate some sort of switch, which will make a king, queen, and a prince come out of hiding in there tomb.

This game isn't that bad because you can do things in generations you couldn't.

OK, the only things really are traveling and exploring. But you didn't show any of the new clothing,in martial arts you earn belts, you can meditate, you cant fight mummies (be sure to be a good martial artist or else you will be cursed!!!) if you are cursed by the mummy, in 14 days, you turn into one! I don't know about you but that sounds like a pretty good game, obviously not worth 40 dollars, but its still fun.
