i was playing a game and the girl stole second and we went to throw her out and she dove head first into my glove (she wasnt even close to the bag by the way) and she fractured her spine. i felt soooo bad after doing that but you got learn how to go feet first.

@8r38r3 I separated my shoulder from sliding head first into the second baseman. I know what you mean about sliding feet first. I know how to, but our coach has a rule where we aren't allowed to. I guess he'd rather us get a concussion or spinal injury than a broken ankel. (I love softball though :) )
