This is a great video ... very informative! Wouldn't you consider showing us the lens adjustment and the control buttons to be used closer, pointing each one when you were talking about them so that we would understand and remember them better?
the important consequence of low apreture is not only how much light can get on sensor on high shutter, but also the small focal range (range in depth where image can be focused).
