I aggree entirely, youtube is still in early days and people like Sutherland will be sitting up to take notice soon. Geriatric1927 will leave us a fanatastic video blogg legacy which otherwise would not exist without the power of this website. I think your point about businesses not "initiating" anything new is a solid one. Most businesses have conservativism bred in their DNA. But, what any profitable business must do is to be "fast to follow" new trends...if not, they fall hopelessly behind and perish.
