上次我去宜蘭吃美食,親眼看見廚師把湯匙掉在地上,沒洗繼續用.天ㄚ~當時我已吃飽.
若外食也不要想太多,從小就聽過"垃圾吃垃圾大"的話,盡量少外食就好了,
