I don't trust clumping litter. They can breath it in, or ingest it when grooming. I've been using pine pellet litter for a few years. Before I used to use old fashioned clay litter.
Did Snikt! have diarrhea associated with the roundworm infestation? If so, how long did it take to go away after medication? I'm asking because my cat was, or possibly still is suffering from a roundworm infection, as he still has diarrhea.
Feeding them on "Hill's Science Diet Nature's Best™ Kitten with Chicken" plus once per week chicken fillets which I boil.
Snikt! who has more of the Siamese look to him had a bigger appetite, (usual for Siamese).
They are currently using a litter tray in our bedroom, (again not a problem as SophistiCat clumping litter controls the odour naturally and completely).
I noticed that Snikt! was slightly runny with his stools.
Then a few days later he coughed up a little bit of sick with nothing in it just yellowy brown fluid - (again, I put this down to it being good for cats to be a little sick in order to bring up furballs and other undigestable substances which they lick of their feet).
This started to happen once, a little bit everyday.
I had ruled out worms as being a problem even though he had a ravenous appetite and even though he had a little bit of a belly and even though he was just a little bit sick as he had been dewormed just a short time before I had picked him up from the breeder.
So, I didn't feed them one Friday night with the idea of taking them to the vets the following morning.
Saturday morning came and Snikt! began to go through the motions of being a little bit sick again - however, as their was little or nothing in his stomach, he coughed up about a tablespoon of saliva - and in it were three or four white worms. They were alive and about two to three inches in length.
(You can see for yourself by watching the videos).
I am slightly cautious of Snikt!'s health as he appears to wheeze a little when I cuddle him around the chest but given he runs around the house chasing Thwip!, talks like a gossiping parrott and continues to have a healthy appetite it is not much of a concern.
I will be taking them both for their pre-neuturing check soon and so I will update on the worming issue later.
A bit of a long winded answer but I wanted to be thorough.
Basically, apart from the fact that Snikt! is currently so much bigger in size to his twin brother, that he still eats enough to satisfy a Great Dane and the slight wheezing issue - there appears to be no sick, no runny stools, etc
This song makes me wanna commit suicide or something XD

Snikt! is the sound the Marvel Comic's X-men character 'Wolverine' makes when his claws burst through his knuckles.
Thwip! is the sound the Marvel Comic's Spider-man makes when he shoots webs from his wrist.

The form of clumping litter I use comes in really quite big lumps.
I have tried all sorts and this one 'appears' to be the safest and most effective.
At one point I even tried a brand called the "World's best Cat Litter".
It was made from corn cob kernels and cost a fortune - they ended up trying to eat it.

Okay, here's what happened:
Got the Kittens.

It was weird picking them up and seeing them move around on my hand.
I went to the vet straight away and they gave some Penecure for both cats.
This is a product which, if you don't know, comes in many forms but I had the paste which I fed with a syringe.

I gave them a dose every day for three days.
After the first day there was no more little tablespoons of watery sick.
Within two to three days of the intitial dose the stools had gone back to little dark brown marbles.
All the way through this their mood had been jovial and loving.
Their coats were silky smooth and shiny.
Their noses were wet.
Their tails were high.
