  • so what is the whistling aswell?

  • when you went to prepay i was thinking that was the shop with no walls, I was like about if it rains? then I thought you was standing behind the counter with the staff member hehe, but then relised your in a que :3

  • lol i was the same with my first fill up...u should sit on the bike so its not tilting and just do like u would a normal car,the pop should shut right off when its full or if its a old school pump then look at the tank while doing it but try not to bring it to the brim or itll have a chance of over heating and leaking ect

  • lol so funny "a dollar?"

  • @doggdoggy haha yeah I thought he done just over 10 dollars then said... a dollar? lol

  • You are one hella funny guy dude. That's why I sub! Lol..

  • Haha, hilarious. Now let's hope I don't mess up as well at my first time filling up...

By the way, I haven't seen your more recent videos, but to stop the engine you can just turn the key, no need to press the EMERGENCY stop. ;]

  • @laurensreinds

It's not an emergency stop, some bikes do turn off like that.

  • How did your gas gauge break?

  • wtf did the cashier say? lol

  • @Shoosta92 he said "i know what pump youre on" cause he saw him with his helmet then when he gave him the $10 the cashier said "it should be more than that"

  • @bigrich0926 Haha he doesn't know that motorcycles sip gas. I spend at most 11 dollars on premium for my R6. Compared to my coupe which takes 45 bucks for a full tank. :D

  • Meh don't worry about it I stalled the first time entering the petrol station, managed fill up £4 after a weeks travel on 1986 cb125. Then stalled again trying to get of the station fun times.

(there needs be a good video on here of how to fill up really)

  • You are a married man and you have never got gas before? I'm confused?

  • @heroes91092 Everything is different on a motorcycle.

  • @steelhorseclub I just got my first motorcycle last year and I didn't have 1 bit of problem with it?

  • You just need to put the nozzle into the tank an inch or 2 and just apply slight prssure to fill the tank, when the fuel reaches the nozzle it will cut itself off. Always try and leave an inch or so as you don't want to over fill.

Just out of interest is it normal to have to pre-pay for fuel over there in the USA?

Here in the UK prepay is only needed at night time in most garages, even then most the time they let you fill before paying unless a bad area or you look dodgy lol.

  • @ElroyHarvey These days no one trusts anyone in the U.S.. Its always prepay.

  • @steelhorseclub Thats a shame, it's definitely a culture thing. I take it that it's not always been that way then. In spain when you go into a bar you don't even pay each time you get a drink you just go and see the barman before you leave and pay what you owe, i still struggle to get my head around it when i go there on holiday and to see my parents and go to pay each time lol. If they did that here in England i fear they would loose a lot of money :( It's nice though to be trusted that way.

  • @ElroyHarvey Depends on the area you live in. Around here you pretty much never have to prepay. Some areas you always have to.

  • @ElroyHarvey It depends on the area I guess...I'm up north in Minnesota and I have never seen a prepaid place in my life...it seems kinda stupid and pointless because even if you decide to steal it and drive away before paying, there are cameras and they'll just get your plate number.

  • did u fuel up at a walmart/murphy station ours is set up just like that

  • @cokeforcoke Yep, you called it.

  • @steelhorseclub i felt all awesome and i start the video over and realize u can see the sign at 0:12 what a fail lol hey thanks for the reply tho man. support from Florida

  • @steelhorseclub may I ask why that is a big deal just wondering dont own a bike so wouldnt know haha

  • Respond to this video... hey you been in Mississippi hope it was nice and what part of Mississippi where you in

  • ye i had no idea what i was doing the first time i got gas. The pump kept making a clicking noise and the fuel flow kept stopping. I got really paranoid that the guy behind the counter was doing it and laughing at me lol.

  • my first time was mental, pulled up, opened the scooter seat, took teh cap off, put the pump in and then the pump went crazy and starting gushing out loads and loads of fuel, i was covered in petrol and my underseat was almost full haha, to add to it, i didnt have the right amount of money :P great vdeo mate :)

  • @TGBR50XScooter thats hilarious! Would o loved to see the video of that.

  • @steelhorseclub yer it was funny haha, could smell petrol for weeks :P

  • you are funny bro!!!! nice video bro!

  • I want a ninja :(

  • OMG thank you for this video... this is the funniest thing i have literally ever seen....

plus im getting a motorcycle soon

  • hahahahaha "a dollar?"

  • I wish I had recorded my first fill-up on my motorcycle. I think we all went through trying times like this the first time LOL

  • What's the song you used to speed the video up please?

  • @soulless82 Its a song that I wrote.

  • did you leave your keys in the motorcycle when you went to pay??

  • Trusting soul aren't you. At 2:37 I noticed you left your key in the gas cap. I ride a 05 GSXR 750 in San Diego. That bike would be gone in a heartbeat here if you left it like that. Just remember the little things bro. If you live in a small town then you don't really have much to worry about.

  • NINJA 250R!!!!!!!!!

  • goota get a bank card or somethin... use a card for gas.. also those ninja gas tanks release presure loudly... its a good thing when you hear that...

  • goota get a bank card or somethin... use a card for gas..

  • wops already mention my bad

  • wow!!!!!!!!!!!!! i just relised u left your key in there as you went in to petrol station !! someone couldve took off!!

  • Trusting dude leaving your key with the bike!

  • This was hilarious. I wish I had a helmet cam when I first got gas. I was just as dumb except that my fuel gauge worked so I actually did need gas heh.

  • Damn murphy USA additech. and if it hasnt been said, the whistling was from the gas vapors coming out of the tank b/c the tank was prob hot from being in the sun. That is why they put a pin hole in the top of ur tank so it wont explode, and there is a hose coming out the tank that lets gas out if u over fill it! DAMN I LOVE NINJA 250'S

  • Your Keys man !!!!

  • gotta tip, next time when u go to pre pay for gas, take ur keys with u lol, i noticed u left them on the gas cap.

  • put supreme in ur bike

  • kurwa amerykanie to kretyni można mieć jedynie nadzieje że nie wszyscy

  • What was the whistling noise? I've got a 99 zx6r and it does the same thing when its turned off. It will also do it when i pull the choke... is it the carb?

  • hears the noise and pulls the clutch in a little ahahahah this is awesome if it was hot out side im sure it was just pressure leaving the tank lol

  • OMG!!!! heavy breathing and nervous prodding.....ITS VIRGIN SEX ALL OVER AGAIN!!!

  • Hahaha! This reminded me of when my little brother took my zx7r n tried to put gas in it! Except he had gas all over the tank n my gloves! Lol

  • @WT707 Its funny, its things like this people never remember to think about when getting a bike.lol

  • @steelhorseclub yeah seriously! i am soooo lucky i watched this video! thanks sooo much. lol

  • I love this vid. Everything seemed so messed up I'm glad you made another. A Dollar!!! lol man

  • why was the gas meter broken?

  • Nice vids man, I go to UL and cannt wait to beat yall again lol

but im wanting a ninja 250 to save gas.

and i knew you were in Louisiana because of the dirty walmart and the lady shopping lol

  • awesome video! haha

  • seriously uve got some warm climate issues ;d

  • I couldn't stop laughing! Thanks for sharing!

  • someone left their keys in their bike! lmfao

  • "A dollar?"

  • I could not stop laughing throughout the whole thing

  • wow that women loves shopping at gas stations took her a while to leave then after you got your gas she was leaving again lol

  • love all your videos, i hope you are ok and come back to make more. A long time ago when i was about 12-13 my friend and i bought a moped and had to go to gas station to get some gas! some dude offered to help us. He said just fill a 2 liter bottle first, and then pour it into moped and take the rest home. So as he was filling the bottle, i guess he didnt know that gas has vipors too, so as finished filling the bottle, it literally blew up, spilling gas all over him!!!! he was angry loll

  • @TheMazaxist it serves that guy right for not knowing what the heck he was doing.lol Thanks for the concern, I'll be back.

  • A year and a half later I must remind you...

You left you're keys in your bike. ;-)

  • lady took loooong, fuunny how u whistling

  • This is my first post on youtube. and hello to SteelHorseClub. I was watching all those videos on you tube about bike riding and came across SHC which have lots of videos. Very interesting. I do know how to ride a bike (except for the big ones cause I'm short for an Asian) but I don't have one or a license cause my mom doesn't let me. Here we have those small bikes (kap cai) and a full tank would be RM4 to 5 = US dollar should be around $1 to 2 so for a sport bike should be slightly more

  • @AramisDeVannes Welcome to youtube.

  • Oh now now know the word kap cai in english, is called underbones.

  • JAJAJAJAJAJAJJAJAJA 3:43 One Dolar?¿ He is Thinking WTF!! JAJAJAJ dude this video is awesome and you let the key on your bike jejejej.

  • why was the gas tank whistling?

  • haha that cashier. "$10 what it should be more than that" haha

  • This video is honestly hilarious XD. thanks for the great video. :) im actually looking at getting a bike myself and this really helped alot, especially with the new gas pumping video ;) haha

  • You probably saved me from doing some of the same things soon. This video was awesome to watch (and funny too). Thanks for the laugh. Hey, this is what happens to us newbies, right :-)

  • what was the whistleing?

  • @russkigrisha1 air being released from the gas tank.

  • @steelhorseclub the EPA prevents gas vapours from escaping from the gas tank, as it contributes to pollution. i'm not sure what would cause the whistling, but it's not from the gas tank.

Also, as i'm sure you've learned by now, you can just put the nozzle about 1 inch into the tank and hold the trigger open, the nozzle will automatically trip off when it senses gas at the tip, much the same way the pump stops when it senses the tank of your car is full.

  • hahaha, great video, definitley can identify with you. The comedic timing of everything was perfect.

..and as for leaving his keys, its daytime at a gas tation, thats not where people steal vehicles.

  • WOW You left your keys in your bike lol

  • First off let me tell you that this has been probably the most honest video i have seen today.Secondly i laughed my ass off at the filling up part, but dont get me wrong, it was not out of mocking, but out of the wack learning situations we encounter once in a while..when i saw 1.90 dolars on the station it cracked up.haha.awesome.But i couldnt belive you left the key in the filler cap..Oo..I guess u were just confused a bit...No biggie, im shure u didnt do it again..ur a funny bloke.:o)

  • my gas gage is broken..... LOL

  • i love how u leave ur bike unattended..with the keys on it

  • lol

don't feel bad dude, the first time I got gas in my bike I had to walk my bike over to a parking spot and fiddle with it for 10 minutes cuz I couldn't figure out how to remove the gas cap. THAT was embarrassing.

  • why do u hate the ladyy?

  • I was joking. I'm sure shes nice.lol

  • thats' why i use a debit card.

  • @xbox3shittyrrod *78 yamaha sx 750*

  • wow, pre paying for gas is stupid! how u supposed to know how much its gonna cost? especially if your on a new ride. here u pump then pay.

lol, last year i was filling up my 70 yamaha sx750 @ a new gas station and i couldn't figure out how to pump the gas cuz there was like a lever or sumthing. i was out there for like 5 min in the scorching heat trying to figure it out untill i went inside and asked. (embarrassing!!)

  • I usually pay at the pump, for some reason that day I didn't have my card.

  • yeah!!!!!!! the music it would be nice for that to hapend in real life

  • the lady was leaving again,, what the hell was she doin!

  • I hate that lady, lol.

  • @steelhorseclub why u hate the ladyy?

  • Thats why I love motorcycle's it only took a $1.90 to top it off.

  • Funny thing is the most I ever pay is just about five dollars more.

  • @steelhorseclub haha classic my honda cbr 600 takes about $7.00 every time

  • @steelhorserider600 What year is your CBR? I have a 98 F3, I put in about 6 bucks every time I ride, but I never use the whole tank though.

  • Wow reminds me of when I first filled up.

  • man i wouldn't think of even leaving my keys, in the fuel cap thing

  • Maaan awesome musical intermezzo :D what band is that? and hehe well we all learn everyday dont we :P

  • it did the whistling from the fuel injection picking up

  • no, its gases escaping through the tank. My bike does it too

  • @copeblack4life that bike isnt fuel injected. its air pressure coming out the gas cap.

  • Ha, yeah I know that now.

  • You left your key inside the gas tank when you went to pay for the gas!!

  • you sound like youre going to cry

  • dude ur keys man! next time go pay for thee gas then open ur tank dude ha cool vid though!

  • I remember when I got my first gas for my bike... I almost dropped the bike b/c I forgot to put the kick stand down....

Hell It was my first time on the bike... lol

  • Yo man, love your vids but you're frickin crazy bro. You left your key in your tank man. You're bloody psychotic!!!

Never on my life would I ever hope to make that mistake, regardless of what neighbourhood or area I live in.

  • HAHHAHAHAHA

  • Another thing I try to fill up at night. Because you get more gas, what I mean by that is, theirs more pressure going into the tank from the humility.

  • Ha, I think you meant humidity. Lol, I actually didn't know that.

  • you're overthinking

  • This was like the first vid I ever watch. Then after watching it I sub. Be safe and keep up the good work.

  • The whistle you hear from the gas tank is pressure escaping from the tank. You'll notice it happening when you fill the tank and the new gas becomes warm, or if you park your bike in the sun. As the fuel gets warmer, it expands slightly, pressurizing the tank, and the whistle you hear is the pressurized air squeezing around the gas cap. Hell yeah for Ninja 250 riders! *High fives*

  • whats that song playing when you go back and forth to the station. that amuses me for some reason lol

  • Its something I recorded awhile back. Me on guitar and a friend on drums.

  • it whistles b/c the gas evaporating lol

  • hahahaha who goes shopping at a gas station

  • Arsdrjgkjahfg;lkajglkjfd Unleaded THE HORRORRRR!!

  • damn that bitch took forever

  • You just so DIDN'T leave your keys with your bike did you?! I just SO didn't see that. My eyes must be playing tricks on me...

Hilarious vid. though, btw. try to hold your glove under the nozzle so you don't spill any gas on your B.E.A.utyfull bike.

My ninja got the same freaky whistling sound but you sitting on yours about to freak out just beats everything.

  • Ha, yeah I've gotten alot better since I filmed this video.

  • lol who goes shopping at the gas station?... but dude, you left your key in the bike, im surprised no one stole it. so lucky.

  • dont use your kill switch to turn your bike off..

  • It's not a bad idea to use your kill switch to turn it off. That was when you really need it, you won't be surprised on having to use it.

  • haha, this video was hilarious

  • how else would you fuel

    up

  • always keep the nozzle inside the gas tank....the filler is presurized so that when the level of the gas goes up, and hits the nozzle, the gas stops.

  • I don't. I don't have a bike but I don't with my truck, or my Sea-Doo.

  • its not about the vehicle you drive.....all modern gas stations have pressurized nozzles. As I stated before, once the level of the gas fills the tank and touches the spout of the nozzle, the gas stops flowing. This will prevent an overflow.

  • My friend has a 250 like yours and he thinks that the whistle sound is the oil. Idk if he is correct about that.

    Nice bike

  • great video, i'm in the same situation! it sucks!

  • you left your fuckin key in the bike!!

  • after filling the bike up,make sure you reset the trip meter so you know how many miles you are doing.that way you can know if its time to fill it back up or not.

  • how much does it take to fill your bike up, i have a 08 yzf r6s and it only takes bout 4-5 dollars to fill up if my gas light comes on.lol Yea just look at it till you see it fillin up. i always use my card cause i never know how much its going to take lol

  • That wasn't bad for your first fuel up. We used to do the "fill from the plastic container" method mentioned below. But it's old filling up those things after a while so I just did it normal like. The wife is still real nervous about filling hers up by herself, so I usually ride with her to do it. I know most states allow you to handle that crap yourself at gas stations but I live in jersey.... where they don't! Makes me feel like a noob when traveling out of state.

  • wow this looks like the walmart gas station up the street from my house i havent looked at your page yet but are you in columbia s,c ?if you are i still havent got my bike yet but im getting one when i come back from basic training

  • 95% of walmart gas stations look the same.

  • hahahah lovin the music in the walking parts.

  • Suprised your bike wasnt gone by the time you got back ... lol @ the lady grocery shopping at the station.

  • dude did you ever figure out how to get gass in your bike? If not this might help; 1 do not leave your key in the bike, 2 put nozel in take and pull triger it will shut off like in a car just like in a car. From then pull nozel out halfway pull triger lightly look in tank for gass coming up when you see gass you are full. hope this helps birn rubber not your soul.

  • I noticed you left your keys in you bike when you left.....lotta ballz for doin that

  • i hate seeing people struggle. i felt sorry for you man watching this.

    glad your sorted now.

with my 1st bike, i used to drive my car to the fuel station the 1st few times and fill up my bike from a plastic gallon tank. was not a problem as i never used the bike that much for it to become a problem.

  • Comment removed

  • that sound is the pressure release from the tank. when u hear, open the tank and listen.

  • why is your fuel gauge broken?

  • it was defective when I bought it. Its fixed now.

  • i had to get gas yesterday...but since my cousin was here and he was riding it, i just let him do it...so when i get gas again...it'll be my 1st time...

  • haha i don't remember seeing this vid...it's awesome! yo how do u edit ur video's like FF and music n stuff? i made my first vlog last night but it's 13 mins long...not to mention very boring lol

  • I just use the windows movie maker that came with my computer. It works pretty well.

  • yeah i'm a retard and can't figure out how to do it...oh well soon enough lol

  • lol, you pay after u filld the bike up xD some fun shitt here bro! xD

  • The hell r u talkin about, he was getting his change ... what planet are you from?

  • Norway xD. Here we fill up are bikes before paying.

  • if u own the bike why have you never done it b4 and if its a new bike (im not saying it is) why is the gas gauge broken dude

  • I had only had it for a couple of days. When I bought it, I was hoping it would start working. but its ok i got it fixed.

  • do you smoke? i've lost so many people who smokes while riding! so don't

  • Broken gas gauge, hahahahah

  • when i filled up a friends bike i just looked down in with a l.e.d. key chain until i could see the gas with out. plus you should take the bike back to the place you got it and make em fix the gauge. cause a 09 bike with a gauge problem thats bad.

  • i love the fact u left the keys in the bike n walked off

  • He is pimp like that...

  • Don't leave your key on the tank next time! :(

  • Who goes shopping at the gas station?? Dear lord... Haha..

  • also whts the song

  • ha, finally someone asks.lol.

It is actually one of my own. its called athena's trust

  • you wrote it?

  • off of one of the albums I recorded.

  • thats sick you should post it on your profile i wanna hear the whole thing

  • Well thanks, I might do that in the future. Honestly they are not that good. They just have good parts to cut and paste on videos.lol

  • haha ightt

  • if you can see the gas its full. the owners manual is assuming your gauge isn't broken lol. On dirtbikes theres no gauge...

  • did i just see you leave your bike at the pump with the keys in the gas flap?

  • sit on the bike when fueling it, i get more fuel in, i have the same bike

  • hahaha...i was dying laughing. Filling up your bike shouldn't b such a scary ordeal lol. $1.90 ^^

  • great vid =)
