in after effects you are able to add a "Layer Mask", that would effect the lower layers of your video allowing you to color correct multiple tracks at once. How can I do this in Sony Vegas 8? I want to use my Red Giant Magic Bullet Looks" plug-in to effect the video I am Chroma Keying in a way that effects all the layers, including the images I am keying over my green screen. How do I color correct or add a "Layer" that effects all lower video tracks?

Yes you can, but only if you have Windows Vista 32bit or XP 32-bit only because the 64-bit version doesn't work yet.
