Honestly, I've never tried anything other than XP+ (which is something I'm slightly embarrassed about), but you're totally free to try them out and see if there's any noticeable differences!

@Malus9804 Also! The parts where I wanted slow motion in this particular video I amped up the frame rate to 500i to compensate (I think) such as 0:36 to 0:41
