Most of the people I have spoken to about it had no idea at all and most just thought it was a cooke fringe anti-tax & anti-government protest. Too many people are not paying attention. I just went to the Virgina Historical society and read that after the civil war businesses for the north went south because of cheap labor, they didn't have to pay the people in the south that much and it made the northern companies richer, the same thing is happening to businesses going over seas.

The Government's Media did a great job at misrepresenting what the tea parties were about. It was turned into a racist and non-patriotic event.
